Later it was made tamil film, the film was directed by P. Neelakantan and produced by Majestic Studios. Though the screenplay was written by Era. Shanmugam and dialog was written by Viruthai Ramaswamy, "Murasoli" K. Sornam and Guru Swamy. Music by K. V. Mahadevan assets to the movie. Starring T. R. Mahalingam , M. R. Radha , E. V. Saroja and Anjali Devi was played lead role in protagonist. The film did fairly well hit at the box office.
Synopsis
The hero T. R. Mahalingam a rich landowner known as "mittadar" dedicates his life to the fine arts-such as a music, Dancing, Painting and Sculpting. While, on a nature study on the hills, the hero is involved in an accident cased by a granite explosion. Injured he seeks refuges in hut of a Street-Smart dancer(E. V. Saroja) who love alone, holding her own against men. Unaware of his identify, she attends to his injuries and both falls in love. After he recovers, the hero leaves for his home. Where he meets his Dancer cousin (Anjali Devi). Her father(K. D. Santhanam) becomes insolvent and is to be imprisoned for the non-payment of debts. So, he seeks refuges in his sister house lakshmi prabha,the hero's widowed mother.Acteurs

Dharmalingam (M.R. Radha), a rich landlord, is the father of two sons and a daughter. His eldest son has a love marriage with a poor teacher's daughter, Kamala. Dharmalingam disowns them. The son dies and Kamala is left homeless, with a little child. Nathan (MGR), a police officer, gives Kamala shelter in his house and decides to help her fight her case for property. But Kamala is murdered on the way to the court hearing. Fingers point at Dharmalingam and his son Shankar (M.N. Nambhiyar). Shankar and Nathan's sister Uma are in love. Nathan comes to investigate the case and falls in love with Dharmalingam's daughter Sarasu (B. Saroja Devi). Now, Nathan is in a dilemma.

Bale Pandiya (Sivaji Ganesan) is a young man who leads a troubled life. He is continuously being chased by Marudhu (also Sivaji Ganesan) - a look-alike of him and Marudhu's boss Kabali (M. R. Radha), who would be given a lot of money if they killed Pandiya. While being chased by them once, he gets into a runaway car being driven by an insane young girl(Vasanthi). The car crashes, but the girl gets cured from her insanity. Her father allows Pandiya, who is homeless, to stay with them. Parallelly, Pandiya falls for Geetha (Devika) and her father Amritha Lingam (also M. R. Radha) accepts the romance. But Marudhu and Kabali's pursuit for Pandiya still continues, and they successfully toss him into the sea. However Pandiya's elder brother Shankar (also Sivaji Ganesan), a scientist finds out about everything and agrees to help. He pretends to be Pandiya after faking his own death and confronts Marudhu and Kabali, making them shocked to see "Pandiya" alive. Just then, the real Pandiya steps in, revealing that two fisherman saved him from drowning and hell breaks loose. The two brothers battle the criminals and in the process, Kabali accidentally shoots Marudhu dead. Saddened by the death of his friend, he commits suicide. So Pandiya and Geetha are re-united.
