The film was supposed to be produced by P Shiva Kumar and music was supposed to be composed by Sunil Kashyap.The film shooting began in 2011 but was aborted in the initial stages itself for some unknown reasons. This film was considered as his return to Telugu film industry in 2011 after brief break from Telugu industry when Uday after acting in a Telugu film in 2008 (Ekaloveyudu) had acted in a Tamil movie Pen Singam (2010) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pen_Singam).

Nagendran invites Simha and his gang for a drinking party. So Mythilli called Surya to stop him. There Nagendran and Mythilli started to fight.In the meanwhile Simha's gang shut down the power and Mythilli was on the floor shot in the head, and in Surya's hand there was a gun.Surya was confused how did the gun get in his hand. Surya is accused of shooting Mythilli. Meghala is on the case of Mythilli's death.

In the meantime, Swetha (Diya), the sister of commissioner of police Ravichandra, has been ditching her college classes, so her father has a police eccort take her to school. When she tries to escape from her escort, they pursue her. They cross paths with the troublesome Prabhu, who battles them. In the ensuing fight, Prabhu says 'I love you' to Swetha and she is so impressed by his gallantry, she falls in love.

Vamshi (Uday Kiran) is a hair stylist who falls in love with Nandini (Neha Jhulka), sister of Bhoopathi Rayudu (Sri Hari), a good hearted factionist. Vamshi and Nandini decides to get married only with the consent of their elders. So Vamshi comes to Juturu, a village in Rayalaseema to convince Bhoopati Rayudu of his love with the latters sister. Initially Bhoopati doesn't like Vamshi and everyone laughs at Vamshi when he says that he is a hair stylist in city. But the pair believes that true love never runs away but stands brave even after initially being rejected. Bhoopati values the word given by any of his family members and stands by it. The second half shows the "Kayyalu" (light hearted quarrels) between the elders of the two sides. Vengal Reddy (Jaya Prakash) tries to become the MLA by violence and thinks of Bhoopati but in vain. Even after Vamshi convinces Bhoopati, he is worried on how to convince his parents. Uday is son of a Justice (Sayaji Shinde), a person who believes that one should not go beyond the law and hate corrupted ones. How the pair and Bhoopati convinces the Justice is really amazing to watch.
