The film was directed by Noboru Takemoto and written by Naruhisa Arakawa, and primarily features the casts of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and Tensou Sentai Goseiger, among the 199 total heroes from the Super Sentai series to appear. On March 16, 2011, Toei released a statement concerning the effects the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami have had on the filming schedule, and the film's release was postponed to June 11, 2011. The film entered the number 2 in the Japanese box office and earned a total of ¥288,610,400 (approximately US$3.6 million) on its first week. A combination of all the main 35 Giant Robots, entirely done in CG, was planned to be included in the climactic scene of the movie, but it was ultimately not included in the theatrical cut. The catchphrase for the movie is "Let's put on a show on the screen!" (スクリーンでド派手に行くぜ!, Sukurīn de Dohade ni Ikuze!). The movie takes place between episodes 16 and 17 of Gokaiger.
Synopsis
Le Space Empire Zangyack forme une alliance avec le Black Cross King, la forme ressuscitée de l'ennemi des Gorengers, le Black Cross Führer, afin d'envahir la Terre avec d'autres ennemis Super Sentai ressuscités. While on his morning jog, Gai Ikari finds the sky suddenly turning dark as a massive ship emerges from the clouds. Becoming Gokai Silver to investigate in Gojyu Rex, Gai is shocked to find what seemed to be Gokaioh appearing from the ship and attacking him. Defeating Gojyujin, Fake Gokaioh jumps back to the ship as it immediately disappears. Later, aboard the Gokai Galleon, the crew identify the mysterious vessel as the space-wandering ghost ship said to carry a fabled treasure known as the God Eye—which can grant any wish to its holder. Seeing this as a better opportunity to obtain the Greatest Treasure in the Universe regardless of the risks, the Gokai Galleon crew embark on a voyage to find the ghost ship and acquire the God Eye. The Gokai Galleon locates the ghost ship and makes port in its skull figurehead's mouth. After encountering a trio of annoying ghosts who unknowingly pointed them in the right direction, the Gokai Galleon crew reach the ship's main bridge and see the God Eye resting on the left eye of a giant skull. However, they are stopped by the ship's captain Los Dark, who reveals that he was luring would-be thieves to his lair as he sends the crew into a dimensional underworld so his minions can kill them and allow him to live again.

At the Energy Management Center, the Buddyloids question their Go-Buster partners' dependence on them before they are alerted to an attack on the Soujou District. Upon arriving and seeing what looks like a black pirate ship attacking, the Go-Busters before encounter the Space Empire Zangyack's new emperor Bacchus Gil and who they recognize as the Gokaigers. While Buster Hercules deals with the black Gokai Galleon, the Go-Busters fight the Gokaigers before Gokai Silver arrives. Giving his team the Google V and Timeranger Keys, Gokai Silver is confused over what is going on as Enter arrives with a case holding four Ranger Keys while obtaining a red one to complete what he called phantom Ranger Keys. However, a time vortex opens from the Keys' unstable power, with Enter keeping the red Ranger Key while the rest are sucked in along with the Gokaigers, Yoko, Gorisaki, and Beet J. Stag. Soon after, captured upon arriving, Navi reveals how she and Gai last saw their friends when their attack on the Zangyack home world ended with them being defeated by Bacchus in conjunction with his alliance with the Vaglass.

Hearing a strange voice, Alata finds a mysterious girl and offers to help her find what she is looking for. She introduces herself as Rasil before she runs off to find a horn. Later as he thinks of how sad Rasil, Alata and the Gosei Angels are alerted by Datas when he detects Warstar. They head to Hokuto University due to a Warstar attack on a staff member of the mineral exhibit, having stolen one of two meteorites that landed on Earth. The others go to the museum where the other meteorite is. The Landick Siblings realize the meteor is a fake as Alata sees Rasil, who has the real one. Confronting her, Rasil reveals she is the meteorite is dangerous before they are attacked by Gyōten'ō of the Supernova. The Goseigers transform, but are powerless against Gyōten'ō as Deinbaruto of the Morning Star takes the meteorite from Rasil and unseals the Horn of Ragnarok (ラグナロクの角笛, Ragunaroku no Tsunobue) from the two meteorites before the aliens take their leave. As the others learn that the Horn of Ragnarok is a doomsday weapon can destroy worlds, Alata chases after Rasil and learns that she was from a planet destroyed by the horn who was attempting to stop Warstar from getting their hands on it.

The Hikari Studio arrives in a new A.R. World where, after seeing that Tsukasa's photos of this world are coming out perfectly, Natsumi realizes they may be in Tsukasa's home world. Tsukasa realizes he remembers the mansion depicted on the backdrop that took them here. Finding the manor, Tsukasa opens the door as he Natsumi and Yuusuke meet a girl named Sayo,who identifies Tsukasa as her older brother. As Sayo learns that Tsukasa lost his memories, revealing how he left her a year ago, her caretaker Nobuhiko Tsukikage arrives and confronts him about leaving his sister alone for so long. But when the Nine Worlds fusion starts to influence the World of Decade, Tsukikage reveals that Tsukasa's journey has now enabled a solution to the crisis by determining the strongest Kamen Rider in existence: The Rider Battle. When his memories return, Tsukasa gives Tsukikage the clearance to make it happen. Three days later, after numerous matches, it comes down to a 6-man tag team match between the team of Decade, Kuuga, and Diend vs. V3, BLACK, and Super-1. With Diend running off and Kuuga wounded, Decade is forced to defeat all three on his own. Upon victory, a castle emerges from the stadium with Yusuke and Natsumi finding themselves in the throne room surrounded by various monsters as they are welcomed to Dai-Shocker before Eijiro appears as he suddenly reveals himself to be Doctor Shinigami, toasting to their leader's return: Tsukasa. Revealing all of their actions were to ensure Dai-Shocker would achieve its goal of dominion of all the saved worlds, Tsukasa sends the horrified Natsumi and Yusuke into the sewers.

Meeting Ryuji Iwasaki, Yoko Usami, and their Buddyloid partners, Hiromu Sakurada and Cheeda Nick join them in the maiden voyage of the FS-0O, an original Buster Machine, and its Buddyloid Ene-tan. But upon being altered to an Enetron disruption in the Akeisho District, where the Enetron regulation system Tokyo Enetower (東京エネタワー, Tōkyō Enetawā) is located, Hiromu takes control of the FS-0O to finds a group of Bulgers gathering water for the Metaloid Steamloid. The Go-Busters battle the Buglers with the Buddyloids covering the civilians before Steamloid shoots off a steam that corrodes the Buddyloids' bodies. As the Buddyloids are being tended to, learning of their enemy's ability that explained why no Valgass Megazord is being transported, the Go-Busters find that Tokyo Enetower is emitting transport energy. By then, Masato Jin arrives and points the team to an item on the tower that would teleport the surrounding area to subspace for its Enetron Tanks once fully powered. With Masato unable to help as Beet J. Stag falls victim to Steamloid's steam, Ene-tan offers her aid to get the Go-Busters to Tokyo Enetower to defeat the Metaloid before deploying the Buster Machines.

The story begins when Geki Red battles Nunchaku Banki after returning from his trip around the world for Natsume's birthday, with Geki Yellow and Geki Blue arriving to provide backup. After sending the Gekirangers into another dimension, the Go-ongers arrive before the Savage Machine Beast departs after his quarry. After clearing a misunderstanding with Geki Violet and Geki Chopper, the two bring them to SCRTC to see Master Xia Fu, with Hant revealing he met Miki at one of his past jobs at the Kyoryuya Curry Shop. After taking Xia Fu to the site, realizing the Gaiark are after Dōkokugan, he opens the path for them to follow as the Gekirangers are overwhelmed by Nunchaku Banki, who demands the sealed Long from Jyan. After the Gekirangers' reunion and meeting the Go-ongers, they take out the Ugats and overwhelm Nunchaku Banki. In retaliation, he steals the Engine Souls as the Pollution Ministers arrive with the mastermind of their scheme, Meka, who reveals himself as the last of Rinjū Hall's fighters. Using the Engine Souls as his hostages, Meka tricks Jyan in giving up the Dōkokugan to save the Engine Souls before sending the Rangers back to their world. As Meka pounds the Dōkokugan into an Engine Soul that is implanted into Nunchaku Banki, the Gekirangers attempt to teach the Go-ongers the ways of the Gekijūken style. Nunchaku Banki arrives to test his new-found power with Meka overseeing it to take in the suffering. The Go-on Wings arrive to take the two trouble makers out of the city before fighting them with what they learned from Gorie.
