Synopsis
Bonnevie is a famous television commnetator whose work is focused on political issues, particularly corruption in the government. However, because she was having an affair with a politician who was helping further her career, she turned a blind eye to her own evil deeds. But she would not remain unconcerned.Acteurs

En 1985, dans la ville de Dolores, les Insoumis, un groupe occulte dirigé par Kumander Kontra, tue un prêtre étranger qui enterrait un rebelle, également assassiné par ce même groupe. En 1986, la dictature s'effondre aux Philippines. Tous les prisonniers sont alors libérés. Parmi eux Jimmy, un ancien prêtre devenu révolutionnaire. Peu de temps après il épouse Trixie, une militante des Droits de l’homme. Jimmy se rallie à sa cause. Il décide alors d'aller à Dolores, enquêter sur les crimes commis par les Insoumis. This is a story of day-to-day living by Renata Lolita Rodriguez, her daughter Esther Nora Aunor and Esther's husband Luis (Raul Aragon). Ester and Luis are a couple trying to start their own family while living in Renata's house. The couple can not bear a child due to Ester's sterility, which was ironic being that Ester is a family planning program worker. Ester's barrenness becomes a source of constant argument between the husband and wife, aggravated by Ester's unwillingness to allow Luis to seek employment out of the country. Renata often acts as a pacifier of her daughter during the couple's arguments. Unfortunately, Ester and her mother get into a heated argument resulting to Renata feeling emotional about it. Everyone notices how different Andrew (Ricky Davao) and Gillian (Lorna Tolentino) look from their respective sets of parents but no one really makes a fuss about it. What is even more surprising is that the two have never felt close with the families growing up. Instead, Gillian becomes more closely attached to Andrew's parents (Ricky Belmonte and Marita Zobel) while Andrew feels more drawn to Gillian's parents, Bernardo (Dante Rivero) and Patria (Gina Pareño). Little do they suspect that this is because Andrew and Gillian had been switched at birth. Andrew's real father, Bernardo, a poor private driver, decides that Andrew will have a better life growing up with his rich bosses. So he makes sure that only he and his wife Patria know that he has switched the two babies when the mothers both gave birth at a provincial hospital. No amount of pleading from Patria can make him change his mind. Out of frustration, Patria resorts to maltreating Gillian. The latter finds comfort with Andrew's mother, Rose (Marita Zobel), and later with Mark, (Gary Valenciano) a rich suitor. Jealous of Gillian's new found attention, Andrew decides to force himself on Gillian, an act which leads to the revelation of the secret of their parentage.
