The Little Minister is a 1921 silent film produced by Famous Players-Lasky and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It is based on a novel by James M. Barrie. Betty Compson stars in this film which was released within weeks of a version by Vitagraph with Alice Calhoun.
Rarely seen Compson though prints are held at Cinematheque Royale de Belgique, BFI London, and Filmmuseum Nederlands (EYE Institute).

Charmian Page nourrit une grande affection pour l'enfant de Sir Richard Beverly. Lorsque l'enfant est sérieusement blessé dans un accident de voiture qui a tué sa mère, Lady Beverly, laquelle était en route pour voir son amant, Charmian persuade son riche père de payer pour l'opération qui sauvera l'enfant. It is soon revealed the victim wasn't murdered at all, but rather bribed to leave the country so that Graves could get McBride in his position.
