Joselito Altarejos is a Filipino film and television director, producer and screenwriter. He is well-known for his ground-breaking openly gay-themed film features like The Man in the Lighthouse, Antonio's Secret, Kambyo, The Game of Juan's Life, Pink Halo-Halo, Unfriend.

Pink Halo-Halo, the first ever long feature using Tigaonon, the language of the people of Ticao Island in Masbate was nominated for "Best Film" during the 6th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival. His new film Unfriend will be distributed internationally by Fortissimo Films.

He has also directed a number of television series, notably the youth-oriented POSH and the long-running 98 episode TV series Legacy on the GMA Network. In most of his television work, he is credited as Jay Altarejos and Jay Altajeros mostly reserving his full name Joselito Altarejos to his long feature films.
