Appa Rao (Krishna Bhagavan) is a career-oriented fashion designer who is in his 40s. He is still a bachelor due to lack of opportunities and career orientation. Kamesh (Allari Naresh) and his wife (Hema) become the proud parents of a dynamic and powerful new baby who is born with a six pack body. Just when the baby is born, Thikkal Reddy (Jaya Prakash Reddy) comes in as the villain in search of his enemy who runs into New Born Baby's room. He prays to god to save him and hides in the room. There are two brothers called Bommana Brothers (Allari Naresh and Krishna Bhagavaan) who were thieves by profession and their parents (Tanikella Bharani and Kovai Sarala) always encourage them to do thefts as they too practise the same. A girl child is born to a helpless mother when the jatara (a public religious festival) of Goddess Maisamma is going on in a Telengana village. The child is named as Maisamma. Her parents are killed in a natural calamity. The child is taken care of by her sister Durga. A small time rowdy Sadhu (Sayaji Shinde) marries Durga and forces her to do prostitution for his political ambitions. At one stage, the rowdy tries to rape minor girl Maisamma.
