Jayabheri (Telugu: జయభేరి) is a 1959 Telugu musical hit film directed by P. Pullaiah and starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Anjali Devi in lead roles. The film is based on the 1947 production by V. Shantaram, titled Lokshahir Ram Joshi in Marathi and Matwala Shayar Ram Joshi in Hindi. The film simultaneously released in Tamil as Kalaivaanan (Tamil: கலைவாணன்).

His friend is Vasu (Jaggaiah). Buchabbai is proprietor of Buchabbai Estates. Buchabbai has a son Raju (Chalam) and two daughters (Kanchana and Rajasree). Vasu and Elder daughter are in love each other. Ranga works in the office of Buchabbai. Ranga hits the car driven by the daughters of Buchabbai. They influence their father to remove Ranga from the service. He protests peacefully in front of their house with friends. During this period he gets close to their daughters and son. He finally convinces Buchabbai with the help of Vasu (in disguise of his rich father) and becomes his son-in-law.
The story is set in a kingdom. The chief minister wants his daughter to marry the King's only son, the future prince. The King refused the idea, and the angry minister captures and arrests the King and runs the Kingdom. A loyal countryman Veeranna (Nagabhushanam) takes the Prince and leaves him in the forest away from the evil minister's hands, but gets captured himself. The Prince, grows up as the forest chief's adopted son Kannayya (N.T. Rama Rao). Veeranna's daughter is Nana (Anjali Devi). Both of them grows up as thieves. The old King escapes finally and stays at Nana's house. Nana steals the Princess Lalita Devi's (Devika) necklace and Kannayya returns it to her. The princess falls in love with him. Nana also falls for the Kannayya too. He gets to know his true identity, defeats his enemies and gets back his Kingdom.
