Black Stallion film starts with Irumba John (Ashish Vidyarthi), a dreaded goon who terrorizes the town of Tirupur. Geetanjali a.k.a. Geeta (Anuradha Mehta) goes to Kanyakumari on a trip. She finds a poem in a diary left on a beach and signs in it. Then there was a village in coastal area. Sivudu (Allari Naresh) belongs to lower caste and Katyayani (Sadha) is a chaste Brahmin. Uma and Kaasi run away from Vizag city to coastal area and incidentally they land in a place where Kathyayani and Sivudu lived. The village men identify them. The rest of the film is all about how all ends well.

The story begins in a register office where Malavika (Nandana) waits for her lover Anand(Krishna) to come and register their marriage.
