Synopsis
Roberto Cordova is a Neapolitan middle-aged doctor who has to go to America for a major surgery. In fact the patient is himself, and since he is afraid of dying, Roberto asks his friend Michele to let him have a loving relationship with the girl Frida, who has always loved. Michele in his heart loves Frida, however agrees. The operation succeeds well and Roberto survives; but he discovers that the relationship with Frida is born a child...Acteurs

Étés 1984 et 1985, sur la plage de Forte dei Marmi : le film nous offre un portrait attachant de l'Italie des années 1980 avec ses personnages aux aventures entremêlées. Enfin, les parents de Luca, de la bourgeoisie milanaise, se rappellent avec nostalgie le bon vieux temps des années 1960.

The famous Italian football coach Oronzo Canà has retired to a villa in Apulia. Now, old and tired, he is enjoying a quiet life there, cultivating his vineyard, when suddenly he is summoned to Milan, in northern Italy. There the elderly chairman of a great Lombard ("Longobarda") club is suffering from dementia and has lost his powers of judgement, and the club's manager has been fired. Rosalba (Nicoletta Romanoff) loves Danilo (Filippo Nigro), a young man who is serving a long prison sentence. To ease his detention, she decides to write him a sweet letter every day. However it is not easy to translate her feelings into words, so she turns to her best friend Katia (Cristiana Capotondi) for help, who now is on a wheelchair. Katia takes on the role of love promoter, just like Cyrano de Bergerac, but it soon becomes complicated, as little by little those emotions, those poetic lines conceived for Rosalba, become her own, and Danilo's passionate replies begin to belong to Katia. When Rosalba and Danilo break up, Katia sets out to meet him in prison, to see what the man she has fallen for actually looks like. Unfortunately, as she is not a relative, she can't obtain a permission to see him. However, her will is stronger than the rules.
