Sardaarji (Punjabi: ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜੀ) is a Punjabi fantasy film directed by Rohit Jugraj, and starring Diljit Dosanjh, Mandy Takhar and Neeru Bajwa in lead roles. The trailer of the film was released on 18 May 2015. Sardaar Ji is one of the first fantasy films to be made in Punjabi cinema. It released on 26 June 2015, and had the biggest opening ever for a Punjabi film in Punjab.

Fateh Singh (Diljit Dosanjh) is a Punjab police constable that desperately wants a promotion. Because of this, he accepts Deputy Commissioner request backed up by Inspector Singh's (Jaswinder Bhalla) to fly to Canada to retrieve his daughter, Pooja Singh (Neeru Bajwa). Fateh assumes that this will be an easy task and on reaching Vancouver starts his mission to bring Pooja back but mistakes Pooja's friend working in a parlour as Pooja herself but is dismayed when Pooja ends up being a "by the books" officer with the Vancouver Police Department who has left the parlour sometime back because of the Police Job. Fateh in order to bring her back and to avoid deputation back to India helps Pooja to convince her Mother in getting herself roped with a white man in marriage bond whom Pooja likes. This clashes with his irreverent and unsophisticated personality, but soon the two begin to find themselves drawn to one another.
