Synopsis

Twins Sekhar and Anand (Master Sekhar) along with Mangalam (Pandari Bai), their mother witness their father (S. V. Ramadoss) being killed by escaped prisoner Nagappan (M. N. Raja (M.G.R), a champion jockey leads a very happy and disciplined life. Raja meets Jeeva (Saroja Devi), the only daughter of a very rich businessman, Bhupathi, and both fall head over heels in love with each other. Raja is an orphan.
