Quand il était au collège, Jun Seok était le souffre-douleur de ses camarades : blagues, insultes, passage à tabac. À cause de cela, les jours au lycée de Jun Seok étaient comme un cauchemar. Maintenant, Jun Seok estime qu'il est difficile de vivre une vie normale en raison de l'intimidation. 20 ans plus tard, il en garde toujours les séquelles. Il décide alors de se venger et de s’en prendre à celui qui était le chef de file de son calvaire, Chang Sik. Pendant ce temps, Chang Sik, qui a oublié ce qu'il a fait à Jun Seok, vit une vie relativement heureuse. Il est sur le point de se marier avec Ji Hee.

Gang-cheol (whose name means "iron" in Korean) was once a legendary street gangster in Busan, but he put away his fists and cleaned up his act for the sake of his mother Soon-i, who has dementia. Things are going well for him; he now works as a stevedore at a loading dock and is pursuing a relationship with Soo-ji, a free-spirited woman from Seoul vacationing in the port city. But Soon-i is diagnosed with kidney failure and needs an expensive organ transplant that he can't afford. Knowing that Gang-cheol is desperate for money, local gang leader Sang-gon proposes that Gang-cheol come work for him and his brother Hwi-gon. At first Gang-cheol refuses, but when his debt-ridden best friend Jong-soo gives the deed to Gang-cheol's house to Sang-gon as collateral for a private loan, he's left with no choice but to get dragged back into Busan's criminal underworld. Gang-cheol is ordered to kill a visiting Japanese Yakuza boss whose death will enable Sang-gon's ascension within the Korean branch of the mob organization.

Jin-gyu, an out of work film school graduate, applies for the position of director with pornographic film company Only4Men. The following day he is hired as an assistant director for a production called All Nude Boy, and must become accustomed to working with makeshift locations, impromptu settings, and abuse from the general public. The production's lead actress, Sabine, becomes attracted to him, and the two end up spending the night together after a staff dinner. Later, Jin-gyu gets an offer to work on a real film for a major production company.

Moo-suk est un citoyen honnête gagnant sa vie en tant que livreur. Suite à un accident, il perd son travail et se retrouve en prison pour avoir voler du pain. Il n'a dès lors plus qu'une seule idée : se faire la belle. Jae-pil quant à lui est un escroc qui fait tout pour être amnistié et retrouver ainsi sa fiancée. Lorsque celle-ci lui apprend qu'elle va se marier avec un autre, il s'évade de prison avec Moo-suk, mais une fois dehors les deux compères s'aperçoivent qu'ils devaient être amnistiés le lendemain...
