Karissa Lee Staples (born December 1, 1987) is an American actress best known for her series regular roles as Victoria Jagger in Family's What's Up Warthogs!. and Paloma Madsen in USA Network's Necessary Roughness. She was crowned Miss Maine 2006.

Biographie

Karissa Lee Staples was born December 1, 1987 in Biddeford, Maine. At the age of 14, found her passion for music and theater, performing throughout Maine in community and professional productions. In 2006, a week before graduating high school, she was crowned Miss Maine in the Miss America beauty pageant. She competed again the following year which gave her the chance to earn a scholarship for college and to perform her talent on a national level. Through the connections she made through school, she ended up in New York City. Less than three months after arriving in the Big Apple, she booked a principal role in the 2009 feature film Red Hook. Things didn't stop there as she got the job of being the feature model for Laura Dahl's spring collection, and was cast in the Broadway musical, Hear Our Song.

In 2010, she landed a guest role on 90210 and provided the English dubbing in the video game The 3rd Birthday. In 2011, she landed her first starring role in the Canadian TV sitcom What's Up Warthogs! portraying the character of Victoria Jagger.

She currently resides in North Hollywood, California.
