Madhumitha married her longtime boyfriend, actor Shiva Balaji on 1 March 2009 at Kalinga Function Place in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Siva Balaji was her co-actor in her film Englishkaran. Lucky is a junior plant scientist who suffers with amnesia. His mind gets diverted easily onto other tasks while concentrating on his current ongoing commitment. She goes to the place where Karthik and Nisha's are going to get engaged. She professes her love but Karthik refuses her as she had done to him and leaves the place with Nisha. But then a song plays and Karthik reveals all of this is a play orchestrated by Nisha and him, make Aishwarya realize her mistake and to make her realize her love for him. The story ends with Karthik and Aishwarya reunited.

The story of the film revolves around a palace known as ‘Gandharva Mahal’ which belongs to Rayudu (Prabhu), the present head of a royal family that has lost its former splendor. Rasu (Santhanam) and Mokkai ('Ganja' Karuppu) are youngsters sharing a hostel with a diverse group of people including a professor (Madan Bob), a staunch atheist (Rajesh), a poet and other unemployed, struggling men. Rasu, who works in a coffee shop, is in love with Mahishasuramardhini (Madhumita), but she seemingly ignores all his advances. Rasu was even attacked by her brother after hanging around her house for extended periods of time. Mokkai, who is unemployed due to his lack of education, and does whatever job he can find, dreams of marrying his uncle's daughter back in his village. After a particularly bad day where Mokkai is arrested and beaten by female police officers, Rasu's lies of being in a well-paid job are uncovered (to the disgust of Mahishasuramardhini), the two are also kicked out of the hostel by the owner due to the inability to pay rent. On their last night, both vent their frustration at God after heavy drinking. Both are shocked when GOD(Prakashraj) appears in front of them. Mistaking Him for another unemployed fellow, the two head back to their hostel room only to find God waiting for them in it, waving aside this miracle, all three fall asleep. The next morning, God finally manages to convince Rasu and Mokkai of his true identity after appearing in the forms of Vishnu, Jesus and the Buddha.

The film starts with Justin (Richard) getting released from jail while his friend Natty (Natraj) is waiting for him. A writer who witnesses this decided to write biography on them. Justin and Nutty are friends since childhood, they first met during the death of their respective parents. Both work as henchmen to Nair (Nasser). They are his loyal servants and both are prepared to lay their lives for their master. However a sequence of events results in Nair developing mistrust and hatred on the two. He employs another youth (Aditya Srivastav) in their place and plans to bump them off. Eventually Justin ends up in prison and Nattu loses his leg thanks to Nair's plans. After three years (when Justin completes his jail term ), Justin along with Nattu decides to stay away from violence and lead a peaceful life. Charu (Madhumitha), a girl next door falls in love with Justin and both decide to marry. Meanwhile a reformed Nair seeks apology to both Nattu and Justin before his death. However when things go smooth in their lives, a previous enmity leaves Nair's henchmen making an attempt on Justin's life which eventually claims the life of Charu. In the climax, Justin stabs Aditya while Justin also gets stabbed and dies. The film ends with Natty carrying Justin, both jump into sea and die.

Dr. Nanda (Nandha) works at a small makeshift hospital that serves as the only option for the wounded and the dying from the war. The film starts with Tamizharasu (Sathyaraj), a reformist entering a village with the intention to unite a couple and help a young girl Sandhya (Madhumitha) who aspires to be a singer. There, he faces the anger of Sandhya’s father (Kaadhal Dhandapani), who is a strong believer of older ideologies. But, Sandhya hates Tamizharasu and the reason for that is told in a flashback. The flashback starts with Maheshwari (Namitha), wife of Sathyaraj, aspiring to be a sports champion. Sathyaraj motivates and helps her. Due to some family problems, Maheswari commits suicide after making her husband promise to help her sister to become a popular singer. The rest of the film is how he fulfills the promise.
