Melody Zoë Klaver (born 9 September 1990) is a Dutch actress. She has two older sisters, actress Kimberley Klaver and dancer Stephanie Klaver.
Melody Klaver received her professional training at the Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts. She graduated in July 2014.
She played the part of Heleen in Diep, a movie from Simone van Dusseldorp, for which she got a Golden Calf nomination, one of the most important film awards in the Netherlands. In 2006, she played the role of Debby in Afblijven. In 2008, she starred as Erica van Beusekom in Oorlogswinter, a movie that is set during World War II in the Netherlands in January 1945. She played in several tv-series such as 'Van God Los' and 'Bagels en Bubbels -Zij hoort bij mij-'.
She won a Rembrandt Award (people's choice award) for best actress for her role in Oorlogswinter.
She won the Kemna-Award for best and most outstanding actor at the International Theatreschool Festival in Amsterdam 2014.
Klaver's boyfriend Timo Smeehuijzen was killed by a suicide attack during his military service in Afghanistan in June 2007.

Le film raconte l'histoire d'un jeune garçon de treize ans, Michiel van Beusekom, qui tente d'aider la résistance pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale en évitant à un jeune pilote de la R.A.F. de tomber entre les mains de l'armée allemande qui occupe le pays. Le jeune homme se heurte à son père à qui il reproche de vouloir maintenir le statu quo entre les citoyens et la Wehrmacht. Heleen practises tongue kissing first on her arm, then on another girl who is her friend, then does it with boys. On holiday in France she likes a French boy Bernard (Hunter Bussemaker). However, when she tells him she loves him, she is uncomfortable with the bold way he starts touching her. Axel (Stijn Koomen) is a childhood friend who is in love with her. However, Heleen is more interested in Axel's English friend Steve (Damien Hope). Heleen is torn between her mother's statement that sex is like eating a sandwich, and Steve's that "sex should be like a voyage to the sublime, without true love no sublime". Steve rejects sex with Heleen.
