The film begins with an accident. Gautham (Nani) is abducted by John Abraham (Ashish Vidyarthi). On the way Gautham is forced to narrate his tale as Gautham talks of stopping a marriage and John too talks of preventing a wedding. Hence, the flashback. Gautham is ready to propose to Simran (Kriti Kharbanda) with a bunch of red roses. But destiny has other plans. Elsewhere, Nithya (Nitya Menen) is playing cricket and hits Gautham with her shot. He is then taken to the hospital in the stretcher. Simran falls in love with the doctor treating Gautham and they get married eventually. Gautham is invited and goes to the wedding but cannot face Simran. When he walks out, he gets drunk and meets a drunk Nithya who actually was in love with the doctor. They go around freaking during the night and part ways the next day. As destiny has it, they happen to meet in a pub after a few days. Gautham accompanies her everywhere. He realises he's in love with her. But before he could tell her, he gets to know that she is already engaged. Gautham steps back and stays secluded. Nithya and her fiance end their engagement over an argument about Gautham. Unaware of this and having moved on, Gautham starts dating a veterinary doctor, Kavya, but they break up after an altercation. Now Nithya who realizes that she loves Gautam, goes to Gautam's house after his mother dies, to propose him but shocks to see Kavya and Gautam's house. Thinking that they both are married, she leaves to Bangalore and accepts the marriag proposal her parents set for her. After realizing Nithya misunderstood him, Gautham and his friends leave for Bangalore to stop the marriage. In the way to Bangalore, their car stops and Gautam asks for lift and they accept and that is where he was kidnapped. After a big fight between Gautam and the kidnapper, it is revealed that the kidnapper was looking for one who gave Gautam lift not Gautam. The kidnapper helps Gautham to reach the wedding. Gautam's friends reveal the truth to Nithya. Nithya in order to meet Gautham escapes from the wedding and ends up asking the kidnapper lift. After a whole confusion, Nithya unites with Gautham.

While in the process of helping the Police with the investigation, he then finds out that Swapna is the daughter of KP. With her help, Kalyan is on a mission to get all the information he can on these criminals and their mafia boss in Bangkok, Nanda. Meanwhile, Swapna's marriage is fixed to JP's son Ajay (Subbaraju). He starts playing mind games with the mafia leaders. Kalyan's battle against all these odds will eventually help him bring Nanda to the justice and also win over his love.

Raja Chandra Pratap Varma AKA King (Nagarjuna Akkineni) hails from a royal family, having taken over the legacy and riches after the death of his father Raja Ravi Chandra Varma (Sobhan Babu). King has a younger brother Ajay (Deepak), mother (Geetha), maternal uncle (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam) and his late father's three sisters, who are married. Their husbands are (Jaya Prakash Reddy, Krishna Bhagawan, Sayaji Shinde). The uncles steal money, which is for the workers. They make it look as though the employee Chandu is responsible. King believes and fires Chandu. Suddenly, King knew that the uncles hid the money in their room. He kept quiet because of his other family. Before King leaves the airport, this mysterious guy is after King. A few days later, King and Swapna are discussing something next to a graveyard. Same mysterious Guy from airport tries to shoot King, but misses. King chases Shooter to the graveyard, but Shooter suddenly disappeared. Munna calls King's cellphone. King tells Munna that he's in a graveyard. Munna asks, "Are you Ok?" King says, "I'm ok." Unfortunately, Swapna shoots King from behind. King sees Swapna's face. King realizes that Swapna was working with Shooter. Swapna shoots King again. King's presumed dead. Munna tells Police that King went missing. At least 1 day later, when Police takes Munna to Hospital Morgue, a Dead Body looks like King. Munna lies to Police that None of the Corpses is King's body. 2 of the 3 evil uncles say that the 1st evil uncle's responsible for King's disappearance. 1st evil uncle escapes and it's assumed that he's responsible. The mother believes that King's safe.

So Dhana escapes from house and takes shelter in her friend's house in Hyderabad. Aravind (Yasho Sagar), son of a garage owner, is a vagabond. He comes across Dhanalaxmi and loses his heart to her. However, after a few encounters, Dhana gets caught by her stepmother and when she is about take her away, Aravind helps her from the abduction with the help of police. This makes Dhana to befriend with Aravind and she reveals her childhood friendship and tells Aravind that she is in love with Balaji and can't imagine any other in his place. After refusal, Aravind decides to go to Kolkata in search of a job and at the same time, Dhana also comes to know that Balaji is in Kolkata. They both again meet in train and accidentally Dhana misses the train during the journey. So Aravind helps her reach Kolkata to meet Balaji. In the process, Aravind gets severely hurt in the hands of a criminal, who tries to implicate Dhana in a narcotics case. Later, Aravind takes Dhana to Balaji's house in Kolkata. Dhana's stepmother also reaches Kolkata and agrees for Dhana's marriage with Balaji. When the marriage is about to take place, Dhana realises that her stepmother enacted a drama and created a fake Balaji to impress Dhana. Again Aravind comes to her rescue and at that time Dhana realises that she is in love with Aravind and the film ends on a happy note.

Aditya (Manchu Manoj) is a short term memory loss patient. He suffers a brain damaging accident in which his father also expires. In order to continue with his day-to-day activities he depends on an audio cassette timed every morning by himself the previous night. There are only 2 people in his life who know about his medical condition his Doctor and his Uncle (Nassar). He also has a Girl Friend Madhumitha (Riya Sen). Aditya has 2 Important rules in his everyday regimen 1. Not to get drunk out side. 2. And no matter where he goes he has to ensure he sleeps only in his home. Because he has to listen the tape next morning or else he will not remember anything. One fine day all his friends in the office call him to a party and force him to drink he gets fully drunk and wakes up in his bedroom the next morning the tape he uses everyday to refresh his memory is erased and he has no clue who did it he starts to reconstruct his memories by whatever is available in his sight. As he starts to leave his flat police come and interrogate him and asks him that he has complained about a missing car. As he doesn't remember the same he denies giving a complaint however the police finds the car in the basement parking they open the car and find the dead body of Aditya's uncle in the car's trunk. He gets arrested and the police initially think that he is lying but eventually when he is submitted to court the judge submits him for medical examination and they come to understand that he is a patient of short term memory loss. As the case is still not solved police officer Anjali (Sneha Ullal) takes up the case by specially requesting the D.G.P. Now the story goes back into flashback where Aditya and Anjali are actually college sweethearts and break up because of a minor misunderstanding after which Aditya reconciles and try to reach her back but then he meets with an accident and forgets his past. Now the story again returns to present where Anjali gets deeply involved with the investigation but meets with a dead end at every corner and finally Aditya decides that he himself can solve the case and as the only problem is if he sleeps he will forget hence he decides not to sleep till the case is solved he tries to dig into his past and see if he can find any clues and he finds out that Anjali was actually his girlfriend. Finally he calls up Madhumitha and Anjali tell them that he has solved the case and asks them to come at 7 the next morning when he will reveal the murderer. Aditya believes that Anjali might be the killer and waits for dawn he controls himself the whole night but just as it was about it be 7 his eyes finally give out and he falls asleep by the time he wakes up he sees both Anjali and Madhumitha are holding guns against each other and both ask Aditya to help. Finally Aditya shoots Madhumitha out of instinct and she dies instantly there. Madhumitha's brother comes out and reveals the entire crime to Anjali he confesses that Madhumitha wants to become the Managing Director of the company but as Aditya is the legal heir he will precede his uncle to that post hence she plans and becomes Aditya's Girl Friend with an intent to steal the entire property but as his uncle came to know about that fact Madhumitha and her brother kill him and keep the deadbody in Aditya's car so that the police may suspect him. The movie ends with Aditya getting married to Anjali who later on reminds him every morning about his past without him referring to a tape.
