Vassilis Charalampopoulos, born in 1970, is a Greek actor. He has played in a lot of successful movies and films such as the film Bang Bank or the TV series Eisai to Tairi mou, Englimata and To Deka. He has won a Greek State Film Award for the movie Pente Lepta Akoma and one television award for the TV Series To Deka. He has also won one theatral award for the play The Frogs of Aristophanes that was presented in 2003.

Vassilis Charalampopoulos was born on 20 September 1970, in Athens. He graduated from the Dramatic School of Athens Odeon in 1992. He appeared in his first TV series in 1992. His first great success was his role in the comedy Englimata and subsequently the comedy Eisai to Tairi mou. Later he had leading parts in comedy movies such as Bank Bang and Pente Lepta Akoma. He has won one cinema award for the film Pente Lepta Akoma. Also has won one television award for his role in the TV Series To Deka and one Theatre award.Le plus souvent avec

The story of the film revolves around two brothers Mixalis and Nodas who run a funeral office constantly making plans about how to make a lot of money. However, Nodas is in trouble with the Greek mafia and owes them a large sum of money. He suggests to Mixalis to start robbing banks in order to pay off his debt. Things start getting complicated when the chief of police, in order to deal with the rising number of bank robberies,places undercover police officers in every bank in the country. The situation goes out of control when Mixalis falls in love with a bank employee who has a rather graphical family life.

This army satire follows a small group of Greek soldiers in the island of Kos, when they are assigned to spend a few days guarding a small rock island named Pitta to defend an alleged invasion from Turkish troops. After their arrival in Pitta, everything looked normal until a Turkish boat (sent there for a modeling photo shooting) disembarked 4 castaways on Pitta. Amongst the models was the niece of a Turkish Admiral, which made things more complicated when the Turkish authorities started looking for them. The protagonists did not know what to do since a diplomatic episode could be inevitable. The outcome is the involvement of both countries in the incident resulting in several comic situations.
