Ajouter à une liste de filmsJosh is a 2009 Telugu film that marked the debut of Naga Chaitanya and Karthika in the lead roles, whilst, prominent actor J. D. Chakravarthy plays a pivotal role. Directed by Vasu Varma, and produced by noted producer, Dil Raju. An initial date of 3 September for release, was delayed due to the death of Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. It was eventually released two days later. The film was a critical and commercial success due to the heavy publicity prior release of the film. Naga Chaitanya was praised as an actor in Tollywood. The film's storyline was very similar to Naga Chaitanya's father, Nagarjuna's 1989 Ram Gopal Varma film, Siva where a student tries to eliminate the mafia involved in the students, and the antagonist in that film too is played by Chakravarthy.
Synopsis
Satya (Naga Chaitanya) is a student. He discontinues his graduation studies in Vizag and comes to Hyderabad in search of a job. He stays with his uncle (Sunil) in Hyderabad. He runs into a fight with MGM college students who are influenced by political mafia leader Durga Rao (J. D. Chakravarthy).Acteurs

The film starts off with a bank robbery, which involves 2 thieves stealing 2 crores from the local bank. However, they have a misunderstanding on talking about if they should give the money to their boss or run away with it. They both hold a gun point blank at each other. Daya is an orphan who grows up learning that a police's life is a happy one with lots of money coming in the form of bribes which inspires him to become a police officer. A couple, Sudheer (Ravi Teja) and Rani (Charmme Kaur), is traveling in a car on a deserted road for friend’s marriage. They take a short cut to reach the venue when their car conks out and they end up in an old, dilapidated and a seedy resort. They meet a weird hotel staff member, Subbaraju, who claims that he is The Receptionist. He tells them that the hotel is full. Another guy, who calls himself The Manager (Supreet), tells them that one room is vacant and they are allotted room number 8. Inside the hotel Sudheer and Rani realize that the room has not been cleaned for many days. When they order for lunch, the resort staff bring the menu but they say that nothing is available. Sudheer shouts at the hotel staff and they tell him that he can take their car and drive to a nearby village where he can get a mechanic but they tell him that he cannot take his wife along with him. Sudheer gets irritated and asks them to get out. Soon, both hear some weird sounds from the next room. But to their surprise that adjacent room is locked. Sudheer slowly starts realizing that he and Rani are getting more and more trapped in a do or die situation.

Seenu, better known as Alludu Seenu, lives with his uncle in a village where he and his uncle are in great debt. One day, they run away to Chennai,hoping to fly to Dubai and earning a lot of money and clearing their debts. They mistake their train and they end up in Hyderabad. Viswa's (Naga Chaitanya) family members are introduced, namely his older brother, (Srikanth), and his sister-in-law (Samiksha). Viswa meets Rhea (Kajal Aggarwal) who is an only daughter of wealthy business tycoon (Mukesh Rishi) who is concerned about money and growth but not about affection and love. While Viswa is trying to get attention of Rhea he accidentally gets into a quarrel with a gang who does business with human trafficking. He fights and frees some girls who were kidnapped. and the gang leader Rahul dev tries to find Viswa and kill him. Rhea's father sets up a proposal with another son of a business tycoon, Amit. Rhea is not interested. The gang's owner soon finds out that Viswa's brother works for him and he tries to chase him down but Viswa beats everybody up. He soon realizes that he has to save Rhea from her soon-to-be husband. Rhea's fiance tries to kill her by locking her in a car and throwing the car into an ocean. But Viswa saves Rhea. The film ends with Viswa bringing Rhea out of the ocean in a blanket and the two are talking.
