Synopsis
Char Sau Bees means 420 in Hindi which refers to a person who is up to some fraudulent activity. This movie is the story of three such people played by Govindan Kutty and the newcomers Rahul Menon and Anu Anandhan. Dhanya Mary Varghese plays the female lead. The story revolves around Pavithran (Mammootty), who lost his parents in his childhood. He enters the police force by chance, though it is not his ambition to do so. Parthasarathy (Jayaram, popularly called Parthan, lives in Krishnapuram village. Parthan is constantly clashing with his uncle Falgunan Thampy (Jagathy Sreekumar), who is the Panchayath President.
