There are two brothers called Bommana Brothers (Allari Naresh and Krishna Bhagavaan) who were thieves by profession and their parents (Tanikella Bharani and Kovai Sarala) always encourage them to do thefts as they too practise the same. Once, these Bommana Brothers cheat a bank manager (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam) and escape with the money. Of course, they get caught by the police and escape from the police too with the help of their father. Then, they accidentally look at the photograph of two sisters and gather information about them. They are Mani Chandana (Farjana) and Siri Chandana (Rithima) and both of them are the daughters of Mohan Rao (Kota Srinivasa Rao), the owner of popular cloth business chan.

Parasuram (Raja) is a self-employed youth with a difference. He does justice to the wrongdoers by charging SET (Self Employment Tax). Neelakanta (Upendra) is an anti-social element who is very fond of his blind sister Naina (Priyamani). They share a dark past. Nayak (Suman), the local police chief, appoints Parasuram as undercover cop to recover 10 crore money stolen by Neelakanta. An auto driver, sees Mattu Bhai (Ashish Vidyarthi) murder a journalist. The auto driver manages to capture Mattu Bhai & his henchman, and hold them until the Police arrive. Afterwards, the auto driver returns home to his wife and son, Charan. Unfortunately, Mattu Bhai & his henchmen break into their house that night. The auto driver is killed and his wife is severely injured. Charan survives uninjured. Charan's mother is in a critical condition but he & his uncle don't have enough money to pay for her operation. The local mafia leader's son has committed murder and offers Charan a deal. In order to pay for his mother's surgery, Cherry has to go to prison the crime.

Vamsi (Gopichand) is the son of an affluent handloom house owner Muddu Krishna Rao (Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao). He happens to fall in love with a girl Bujji (Bhavana) who is an orphan and stays in a hostel. With the consent of his parents, Vamsi tries to get engaged with Bujji. But she was kidnapped by a group of gangsters. Bujji is attempted to molest by one of gangster brother (Ajay) who is roughed up by Vamsi. The gangster (Ashish Vidyarthi) vows to take revenge and on the day of Gopichand marriage with Bujji. He kidnaps and rapes her in front of the hero. All this mishap happens because of support of MLA {Rajiv Kanakala} who is the close friend of Vamsi as he is promised with minister berth by the gangster and stabs Vamsi. Vamsi arrives Hyderabad and tries to trace the gangsters. Because of his betrayal, Vamsi kills his MLA friend Raghava (Rajiv Kanakala). Later in the movie, Sayaji Shinde interviews Vamsi's parents and family members because Vamsi is in a state of hallucination and he didn't know until he told him. The cop Syyaji Shinde investigates the case though at the end he catches the hero but releases him and gives his support for killing gangsters. The hero kills Lal Mahankali (Asish Vidyarthi) and rips his brother's arm off. Vamsi's dad tells him that Bujji dies the day of the engagement because she jumped off a rock building.

Nandini, Kishore, Mahesh, Scud, Bhakti, Jessica, Chandana and Sridhar / Sri are all friends from school. They all finish their final year exams and try their level best to kick start their careers while they face some interesting situations in life. Nandini and her senior Kishore are in love. The film covers the coming of age of all these friends, as they try to solve a Rubik's cube called life. It also covers a lot of issues like acid attacks on girls, suicides, misunderstandings, false prestige and so on.
