As described in a film magazine, Grim Gordon (Strong) is in possession of the Tiger Idol, stolen from a religious sect of Hindu Tiger Worshipers on an East Indian island which he and Peter Strong and Colonel Boyd visited years earlier. The two latter men were killed, but Belle Boyd (Roland), daughter of the Colonel, is alive and has part of the "Pact of Three," a document torn into three parts which shows the location of a treasure discovered during the expedition. Gordon has a pitchblende mine in the western United States, and among the workers are Hindus and Tiger Worshipers. Upon her arrival from an eastern school, Belle Boyd, ward of Gordon, is attacked by a gang of outlaws headed by Bull Shotwell (Kohler), but her life is saved by Jack Randall (Larkin), a mining engineer. Jack is employed by Gordon, but helps the heroine Belle in outwitting the evil forces surrounding her that are attempting to obtain her portion of the torn Pact of Three. In one episode Belle is put into a cage with a live Bengal tiger, and in others she is the subject of several kidnapping attempts.

Au Kurdistan, lors de la Première Guerre mondiale, Michael Andrews, un officier britannique, est sauvé par John Stevenson, un agent des services secrets. Les deux hommes sauvent ensuite une tribu kurde en les conduisant à travers les montagnes. Lorsque John tue un espion ennemi, Michael le soupçonne de jouer double jeu mais il se fracture la jambe. Au Caire, Michael est soigné par Rosemary Haydon et en tombe amoureux. Mais Rosemary lui révèle qu'elle est déjà mariée à un espion britannique, mais qu'elle ne l'a pas vu depuis plusieurs années. Il s'avère que ce mari est en fait John Stevenson qui, lorsqu'il se rend compte que Rosemary ne l'aime plus, décide d'assassiner Michael. Ce dernier a été affecté au Soudan. Peu après l'arrivée de John, le fort est attaqué par des tribus africaines, et John et Michael sont les seuls survivants. John risque sa vie en traversant le désert pour trouver des renforts, et meurt à son retour dans les bras de Michael.

Young explorer Terry Lee and his grown-up sidekick, Pat Ryan, arrive in the Asian jungles in search of Terry's father, Dr. Herbert Lee. The elder Lee is an archaeologist and leader of a scientific expedition seeking evidence of a lost civilization. Soon Terry discovers his father has been kidnapped by an armed pirate gang known as the Tiger Men. The gang is led by the evil Master Fang, a local warlord who controls half of the natives and holds the white settlers in fear. Fang is seeking the riches hidden beneath the Sacred Temple of Mara. As described in a film publication, Curtis Steele (Oland), a society man at a film studio, has been pursuing actress Rita Moreland (Percy) and confronts her at the studio with the intention of making love to her. She repulses him and during the struggle shoots him. Steele staggers forward and collapses. She is terrified as she thought that the revolver had been loaded with blanks. As she bends over him, he leaps to his feet and with a sneering remark leaves. Later that night Rita is informed that Steele was found at the studio shot through the heart, and that there is a film showing Steel chasing her and then her shooting him. The serial then develops around Rita, her sweetheart, a villain, and the mystery of who killed Steele, who made the film, and attempts to obtain the film.

Peter Hale (Leon Bary) is returning to America from overseas via steamship to receive his inheritance. On board, he receives a telegram warning him to beware the Double Cross. He doesn't know what it means, until he becomes enamored of a mysterious woman occupying cabin no. 7. When a submarine is sighted, there is panic on shipboard. Peter and the mysterious woman are thrown together, and in the ensuing action, he sees a double cross symbol on her right arm, just below the shoulder. When the ship arrives in New York, Peter loses track of the woman.

Captain Midnight was only one of the many aviation serials released in wartime whose leading characters were derived from early pulp magazines and radio favorites. In this serial, Captain Albright is an extremely skilled aviator better known as Captain Midnight, who is assigned to neutralize the sinister Ivan Shark, an evil enemy scientist who is bombing major American cities. Our hero leads the Secret Squadron, whose staff includes Chuck Ramsay who is Midnight's ward and Ichabod 'Icky' Mudd, the Squadron's chief mechanic. Shark has developed a highly efficient mercenary organization, being aided by his daughter Fury who is highly intelligent and second in command, Gardo the henchman and Fang, an Oriental ally. Unfortunately, Shark is after a new range finder invented by the altruistic scientist, John Edwards, whose beautiful daughter, Joyce, the villains attempt to capture to blackmail the inventor.
