Raja (Venkatesh) and his friend Balu (Sudhakar) are petty thieves. One day they steal an idol of Lord Ganesha from a temple, while escaping from the police they hide in a house, Anjali (Soundarya) who is a governess in that house taking care of three children when remaining all went out of station. She locks them in her kitchen for one week, that one week association with Anjali changes the entire lifestyle of Raja, he starts a new life and slowly falls in love with Anjali. Meanwhile before leaving the house, Balu thefts Anjali's dairy, Raja starts reading the dairy.

Chitti Babu (J. D. Chakravarthy) and Pyarelal (Betha Sudhakar) are roommates in Bombay. With photography as occupation, Chitti Babu is forever prowling the streets with his camera. Malliswari (Katrina Kaif) is the heiress of Raja of Mirzapur (M. Balaiah). Her deceased father wrote in his will that she would inherit the property worth 750 crores after she becomes major at the age of 21. The entire property is under the ca re-taking of Bhavani Shankar (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who wants to inherit the entire property by killing her. As he hatches the plans to eliminate Malliswari, she is sent to Visakhapatnam to a relative's place as a normal girl so that she can live with anonymity. Prasad (Venkatesh) works as bank accountant in Andhra Bank there. He is a bachelor who has been desperately seeking for marriage alliance for the past seven years. Malliswari is traced by the goons there and they start running after her. Prasad escorts her and drops her safely in Hyderabad. The rest of the story describes what happens next and the eventual conclusion of the plot.
