The first few scenes themselves set the tone; first, a hesitant and bashful Venugopal (Cheran) trying desperately to carry on an interesting conversation with a prospective bride Ranjitha (Vimala Raman), in her picturesque home in Nagercoil. The movie begins with the selection of new students in BCM college which is famous for sports and athletics. Kasi (Arjun) comes to Mumbai to track his parents' killers. He is successful in finding the first two. In order to find the third one, he joins a goon Ravi Bhai (Raj Kapoor). This Ravi Bhai is in loggerheads with his own brother, Mani Bhai (Fefsi Vijayn). Mani Bhai runs another gang and the leading goonda in this gang is Siva (Jagapati Babu). Arjun and Siva know each other from a meeting in jail. But now they both work for enemies hence they are now enemies. Arjun gets into an argument with Ravi Bhai and Siva gets into an argument with Mani Bhai and they both leave the gangs and unite. Siva leaves his brother in Arjun's custody. Mani Bhai and Ravi Bhai wanting to separate Siva and Arjun plot to kill Siva's brother by killing Arjun's lover (Vedika) and diverting Arjun. Siva's brother is killed and Siva gets mad at Arjun.after that Siva and Kaasi become mutually understood to kill all the gangsters including Ravi Bhai son, but Kaasi demands to not to kill Ravi sons and agrees to help him to kill all the villains.at the end on a train every gangster was killed, and Kaasi is was fired by mani. Siva tries to kill Ravi's son but Kaasi shows pistol to Siva, by seeing that Kaasi is injured with bullet Siva changes its mind and on spot Kaasi died.

Malliswari (Katrina Kaif) is the heiress of Raja of Mirzapur (M. Balaiah). Her deceased father wrote in his will that she would inherit the property worth 750 crores after she becomes major at the age of 21. The entire property is under the ca re-taking of Bhavani Shankar (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who wants to inherit the entire property by killing her. As he hatches the plans to eliminate Malliswari, she is sent to Visakhapatnam to a relative's place as a normal girl so that she can live with anonymity. Prasad (Venkatesh) works as bank accountant in Andhra Bank there. He is a bachelor who has been desperately seeking for marriage alliance for the past seven years. He would be looking at every unmarried girl with dreams in his eyes. He accidentally meets Malliswari and falls deeply in love with her. Malliswari is traced by the goons there and they start running after her. Prasad escorts her and drops her safely in Hyderabad. The rest of the story describes what happens next and the eventual conclusion of the plot.

There are two neighboring villages in Rayalaseema. Goons head one village and Raghupati Naidu (Vijayakumar) is heading another village. Achi Babu (Allari Naresh), Sathi Babu (Sunil) and Suri Babu (Prabhu Deva) are the best buddies since childhood. They form a band that does multi purpose jobs like acting as band of boys for marriages, professional catchers of dogs, and cremation service guys. Karate Malliswari (Gajala), another childhood nightmarish karate-skill-flaunting damsel, lures Achi Babu into love. Then she snatches Achi Babu away from Suri Babu and Sathi Babu to make him her live-in boy friend. They also get engaged to each other. Irritated by their act, Suri Babu and Sathi Babu kidnap Malliswari. They tie her to a chair and then hatch another plan to make Achi Babu believe that Malliswari is dead. In that process, they dig a 'fresh' dead body from a crematorium, pack her in the car of Malliswari and throw that car into a valley. Police confirms that Malliswari is dead and Achi Babu's heart breaks again. Then appears Venkata Lakshmi (Anita Hassanandani), the childhood sweetheart of Achi Babu. Venkata Lakshmi has another flashback . As she was staying in her elder sisters house,her husband becomes attracted to her and one night when she was asleep,he comes to her bedroom and makes love with her. When she wakes up ,she is shocked to see her nightdress open and she runs off the room. Her elder sister doesn't help her and She was in a hurry to join an Ashram run by Matasri (Shakeela). Sathi Babu and Suri Babu hatch another plan to unite this couple. At this moment, Malliswari escapes from the den. The rest of the story is all about how these confused souls are paired to give a happy ending.
