Mr. 420 is a 2012 Indian Kannada romantic comedy film starring Ganesh and Pranitha Subhash in the lead. This film was directed by Pradeep Raj and produced by Sandesh Nagaraj under Sandesh films banner. V. Harikrishna is the music composer and R. Giri is the cinematographer. The film made its theatrical release on 19 October 2012

The protagonist (Ganesh) is an irresponsible young son of a garage owner (Rangayana Raghu). He falls in love with a girl (Yami Gautam) who stays in his locality and does everything possible to woo her. She is not in the least interested with him, rather thinks of him as a nuisance. Anuradha (Priyanka Rao), daughter of hotel owner (Achyuth Kumar), is in love with hotel chef Preetham (Ganesh). On his visit to Goa, Preetham meets Khushi (Rachita Ram) who impresses him. He helps Khushi get over her failed romance with Vicky. On the other side, Anuradha is preparing for her engagement with Preetham. On the day of the engagement, Anuradha misbehaves with Preetham's mother. This makes him to leave her and come back to Khushi.
