Nammanna Don is a 2012 released Kannada comedy film starring Ramesh Aravind, Mona Parvaresh and Sanathini in the lead roles. Ramesh himself has directed and written the script with DBC Shekar for the movie. Mathew Manu is the music director of the film. Ramesh's brother-in-law, Ravi Joshi has produced the venture under Lava Kush Productions.

The film is all about the hilarious incidents that happen in a dentist Sathyavan's (Ramesh Aravind) life who is a big time flirt and never believes in marriage. The movie is a contemporary take on the life of a couple and their journey through time and how they have to fight the eternal battle of good over evil and how they win with support from a set of dear friends. The protagonist of the film is Sawanth (acted by Ramesh Aravind), a radio jockey. His wife is a teacher and a social worker. On returning from a three week foreign trip, he is shocked to discover that his wife and her co-worker had died in an accident. Sawanth cannot convince himself this is merely an accident and commences an investigation. It is one of the most critically acclaimed films of the decade in Kannada cinema.

Ambujakshi alias "Ambu" (Trisha), a film actress, arrives in Europe to spend the vacations with her friend Deepa (Sangeetha), a divorcee and her two children. While going in a taxi, Ambu recalls an early incident regarding her ex-boyfriend Madanagopal alias Madan (Madhavan), a wealthy entrepreneur: Three years ago, she was shooting for a film with actor Surya in a bright park and Madan was suspicious of her relationship with the actor. While returning, he lets Ambu drive his new car. Madan advised Ambu to stop acting, but Ambu claimed it as her profession which she can't give up, leading to an argument that caused their car to crash near a rock. At the same time they blamed a small white car that just passed by, to be the reason for the crash. Unable to bear any more arguments, Ambu broke her relationship with Madan and walked away.
