Needhikkuppin Paasam (English: Behind Justice, there is Love) is a 1963 Tamil language drama film directed by M. A. Thirumugam. The film features M. G. Ramachandran, B. Saroja Devi and M. R. Radha in lead roles.
The film, produced by Sandow M. M. A. Chinnappa Thevar, had musical score by K. V. Mahadevan and was released on 15 August 1963. The film was super hit at box-office and ran more than 100 days.
Synopsis
Gopal (M.G.R.) is a honest lawyer who holds law & order above family and emotions. He meets a simple village girl named Gauri (Saroja Devi) and falls in love with her. But trouble brews in the form of Muthayya (Nambiar) who sets his wicked eyes on Gauri. In order to marry Guari, Muthayya murders her father (M.R. Radha) and Gopal's mother is framed for the murder. Struggling between family and justice, can Gopal save his mother? Will he triumph in his love?Acteurs

Shekar (M.G. Ramachandran) is from an affluent family and Maragadham (B. Saroja Devi) from a poor family. Maragadham's brother Kandan (M.R. Radha) is a tea-stall owner who hates rich people because of some unpleasant incident from his past. A local goon Muthaiah (S.A. Asokan) loves Maragadham and wants to marry her. Neither Maragadham nor Kandan like Muthaiah. Shekar once saves Maragadham from Muthaiah, after which Maragadham gets a chance to save Shekar's life when during one of his hunting adventures, a tiger attacks him. Both develop a liking towards each other. However, Kandan's hatred towards the rich comes in the way of their love.

Dharmalingam (M.R. Radha), a rich landlord, is the father of two sons and a daughter. His eldest son has a love marriage with a poor teacher's daughter, Kamala. Dharmalingam disowns them. The son dies and Kamala is left homeless, with a little child. Nathan (MGR), a police officer, gives Kamala shelter in his house and decides to help her fight her case for property. But Kamala is murdered on the way to the court hearing. Fingers point at Dharmalingam and his son Shankar (M.N. Nambhiyar). Shankar and Nathan's sister Uma are in love. Raja (M.G.R), a champion jockey leads a very happy and disciplined life. Raja meets Jeeva (Saroja Devi), the only daughter of a very rich businessman, Bhupathi, and both fall head over heels in love with each other. Raja is an orphan. Mask Killers surrounded a guy and killing, Doctor Chandran (MGR) passing the way, he gets into fight with those people and harried to police station nearby meantime those killers escaped with dead body. At the climax Chandran and cops plays drama to find the mask killer. Will killer's mask tear? Sivagmi and Chandran get marry? Remain story 'll cover up these questions.
