Murali (Kalyan Kumar) goes abroad to pursue higher studies in medicine. Unfortunately, during his tenure overseas, his girlfriend Seetha (Devika) is forced by her parents to marry another person. Saraswati Sabatham tells the story of a dispute between three goddesses over which has the best power. Arundhati (Anushka Shetty) is the great-granddaughter of the Raja of Gadwal, Mahasamsthan. Arrangements are being made for her marriage.
