Mr t rajendar investigative , in which Roja is the lead female singer. Roja works in a finance firm, and has a big family of three sisters, a brother, a father (who is an alcoholic) and a mother to support. Murali her office colleague loves Roja, and makes his intention clear in every opportunity that he gets. But Roja has no time for him. T. Rajendar has a sister, Swati who is married to a corrupt cop (Karan). The cop, furious about Rajender exposing him in his newspaper, harasses the sister, egged on by his avaricious mother and sister. The burden of taking care of the family becomes a little too much for Roja. Finally T. Rajendar, against all odds advises Roja to accept Murali's love.

Raju (Karthik Muthuraman) and his sidekicks (Chinni Jayanth, Vadivelu and Thyagu) stole black money to help an orphanage. D.I.G. Mohanraj knew that they are thieves but he's unable to send them in jail. Raju and Radhika (Sivaranjani), Mohanraj's daughter, failed in love. Her father refuses to accept it so he arranged a marriage with Ajith (Udaya Prakash), a police officer. Raju drank alcohol and he became drunk, and he killed Ajith. When he came back to his car, there was Raju drunk at the back seat. Raju's look-alike said his flashback. His name was Somasekhar, fell in love with Bhavani (Kushboo Sundar) and married her. She worked at Chatterjee's (Nasser) Ganja estate. Chatterjee wanted Somasekhar's estate but Somasekhar didn't want to sell it to a criminal. Chatterjee's henchmen killed his wife who gave birth to a girl. Somasekhar, wounded, can't do anything. Few years later, Ajith kidnapped his daughter. Somasekhar, after told the flashback, reveals to Raju that he still will kill 2 people as Raju. Somasekhar went, to his daughter's nanny home who also worked for Chatterjee, as Raju and she asked him to be Somasekhar for some days. Raju's lover and his friends came to see him but Somasekhar advised to go to a place, they went there and Somasekhar's friend kidnapped them like Raju. Finally, they managed to escape. Somasekhar found where his child was kidnapped. Chatterjee caught Raju and Somasekhar. Somasekhar revealed that he gave his property and his daughter to Raju. Somasekhar killed Chatterjee and died.

Anand (Murali) and Amrita (Simran) are lovers. Amrita hails from Punjab while Anand is a Tamilian. In order to seek the approval of Amrita's parents for their marriage, Anand goes to Amrita's home in Punjab. But before they can unite, Amrita and her family die in a freak accident. Unable to bear the separation, Anand goes into depression. His friends take him to Chennai with the hope that he will start life afresh. But there, life throws a googly at him when he sees Sharada (also played by Simran), Amrita's look-alike. After the initial hiccups, Anand and Sharada fall in love with each other and decide to get married. But at this point, Anand learns that Shekar, Sharada's old lover, is still waiting for her.

Thirupathi (Vadivelu), Ezhumalai (S. Ve. Shekher) and Venkatesa (Prabhu) are poor friends who tried to become rich. Nachiappan (Venniradai Moorthy), a bungalow watchman, has three daughters : Lalitha (Kovai Sarala), Padmini (Urvashi) and Ragini (Roja). When his owner left the bungalow on vacation, Nachiappan's daughters decide to live there. Then, Nachiappan rents his owner's top portion bungalow to Thirupathi, Ezhumalai and Venkatesa who lied about their job. The three men finally get married with the three women. The rest of the story is how the three men will manage their wives.
