Pandirimancham (English: Pandal Cot) is a 1991 Telugu, Village Backdrop film produced by Balaram on Sri Anupama Productions banner, directed by Omkaar. Starring Jagapathi Babu, Radha, Bhagyasri in the lead roles and music composed by Raj-Koti.
Synopsis
The story begins with Madana Gopala Krishna Sastry (Omkaar), a fake saint who behaves as the dictator of a village. President Pedda Venkata Rayudu (Narra Venkateswara Rao) is Sastry's henchman, but his nephew Rajesh (Rajesh) opposes them. They hire a goon named Rowdygaru (Jagapathi Babu) from town to attack him. Madhuravani (Radha) works as a prostitute in the village, loves Rowdygaru, but he is in love with Seeta (Bhagyasri), Sastry's sister-in-law. The remaining story is about how Rowdygaru teaches Sastry and President a lesson and sets the village to rights.Acteurs

Savitramma (Bhanumathi Ramakrishna), a wealthy woman living in Delhi, visits her village after so many years and meets her old family friends Sitaramaraju (Mallikarjuna Rao) and family. During his stay at the conservative, traditional Indian household, she gets to know Sitaramaraju’s daughter, Ganga (Lakshmi), who shares his love for the village and its culture. Savitramma asks Sitaramaraju to promise Ganga as a bride for his westernized grandson, Srinivasa Prasad / Chintu (Viren Chaudhury). He is convinced that Ganga will be not only a perfect bride but the way treasured Indian values are revived and passed on in her westernized family. Sitaramaraju’s family accepts the proposal. Savitramma knows he will have a tough time trying to convince her grandson to marry or even meet Ganga. She asks his foster son, Sagar / Airport (Jagapathi Babu) to help his plan along. Sagar comes to village ahead of Chintu to set the stage for him to meet Ganga, when Chintu arrives, he also acts offensively; sometimes intentionally, and sometimes because he has no idea of anything Indians consider rude or inappropriate. But Sagar, despite his own attraction to Ganga, smooths the way out. In his determination to help the marriage come to pass, Sagar deceives Ganga about Chintu's character and habits; he assures her that Chintu is a "nice guy"; he also covers up for Chintu’s bad habits. Chintu and Ganga agree to the wedding.

Gowri Shankar (Jagapathi Babu) is a circle inspector of Punjagutta and is known as a heavy corrupt police officer. Rangarao (Jeeva) is his assistant and his daughter Sindhu (Vimala Raman) is an aerobics, teacher. Once, two sons of a big industrialist (Prasad Babu) kill two girls for not accepting their love by pouring acid on them. Soon, the two get killed by some unidentified person in the same fashion. The industrialist uses his political influence and gets the case investigated by the CB-CID. The police commissioner (Chalapathi Rao) calls Gowri and tells him to hand over all the evidence to the CB-CID officer (Murali Sharma). Even as the CID officer is investigating, another two persons get murdered in the same fashion. The CID officer makes an in-depth study into the case and finally comes to the conclusion that it is Gowri, who is behind these murders. At this juncture, Gowri leaves for Mumbai and kills some gangsters who were kidnapping and selling young girls and exporting them to other countries. After he kills all the gangsters, the Mumbai police arrest him and keeps him in a jail, where an international terrorist Kasab from Pakistan was placed. The CBI officer gets a doubt and warns the jailer that Gowri intentionally surrendered to the police as he wanted to kill Kasab. What happens next should be seen on-screen.

Suhani (Priyamani) is very sensitive and has low self-esteem. She is troubled by everything and everyone but keeps her frustrations bottled up. The rest of the movie is about finding out who that person is and why Suhani wants to kill him.
