Padmanabham (Jagapati Babu) is a miser who does anything to save money, because When he was a young boy, Padmanabham was driven out of his house along with his parents by an evil-hearted money lender (Tanikella Bharani), who gave him a condition: if by a stipulated time period Padmanabham could raise enough money to buy back the house he could reclaim it as his own. Ramya (Ramya Krishna) not only likes him, she also falls deeply in love with him. Padmanabham doesn't want to do anything with her, but when Ramya suggests that two salaries are better than one, he thinks it's a brilliant idea and marries her. Now the troubles start: first, his sister Vijaya (Y. Vijaya) and her husband Totti Subramanyam (L.B. Sriram) pile on to him and then Ramya's good-for-nothing brother Ravi (Ravi Teja) also seeks shelter in their house. Seetha (Aamani) is a possessive wife who suspects that all the women in the world are throwing themselves at her husband, Madhu (Jagapathi Babu). Things get a little interesting only after Sudha (Ranjitha) enters the picture and ends up hugging Madhu right in front of Seetha's eyes. Seetha is diagnosed with a deadly heart condition and decides to have Madhu and Sudha to tie the knot for the sake of a good life for her young son. This story is dependent on the mother sentiment. The story is very simple. Hero’s mother lived a very royal life in a great palace as her husband was Jameendar that time. But later she lost her property due to some circumstances and she also lost her husband. And left that palace along with 2 year old kid (Ali).From that moment, she has been living a normal life. One fine day, Ali happens to listen the entire story of her mother and decides there itself to make his mother happy by purchasing the same palace for her mother. So he does lots of mischievous things to earn money. Bringing Yamadharmaraja, lord of Naraka, to Earth is part of that. The story ends up with a good climax. The comedy scenes of Yama(Satyanarayana) and chitragupta(Bramhanandham) are most hilarious. Their conversation with the local police is most memorable hilarious comedy. Music is excellent. This movie is musical hit. All songs in this movie have become most popular. This is also a good movie for children. Totally, this is a good family entertainment.

The Story starts with Radha (Aamani) marries Madhu (Jagapati Babu), a civil engineer. Radha thinks that he is rich but turns out Madhu has nothing. This infuriates Radha as her dream is to be rich and wealthy. Even the birth of two children does not change her. Meanwhile Latha (Roja), a young girl who is a daughter of Madhu's boss (Subbaraya Sharma) comes from London to live there. She falls in love with Madhu and asks to marry her unaware of Madhu's marriage and two children. Madhu rejects her proposal that she is being foolish as he was already married. When Latha meets Radha, she offers her one crore rupees in exchange for marriage to Madhu. Radha agrees and she starts forcing Madhu for remarriage. Madhu agrees with the heavy heart as Radha threatens to commit suicide. But Madhu also starts falling in love with Latha. Radha notices that she was being left out. She slowly realizes her mistake and wants to get Madhu back. On other way, Madhu decides to go to London with Latha. Radha's children also don't want to live with Radha and they both decides to go with Latha and Madhu. Radha learns the importance of family and comes to the airport to give them a sad send-off. However, Latha decides to go back London alone and reveals that she is pregnant. The movie ends as Latha leaves and giving Radha her family back.

Rajendra Prasad is a magician who works with his friend Gundu Hanumanta Rao. He one day finds a cute little girl bruised and finds out that her uncle Kota Srinivasa Rao killed her parents.
