Vishwa (Kannada: ವಿಶ್ವ) is a 1999 Indian Kannada drama film directed by Shivamani and produced by Gurubabu. The film features Shivarajkumar, Ananth Nag, Suhasini Maniratnam and Suchitra Krishnamurthy in the lead roles.

The film was a remake of director Rajkumar Santoshi's Hindi film Ghayal (1990) starring Sunny Deol, Meenakshi Sheshadri and Raj Babbar in the lead roles. The film also had its Tamil version released in 1992 as Bharathan starring Vijaykanth and Bhanupriya. and a Telugu version Gamyam starring Srikanth released in 1998.

Ram (Shaam) and Lakshman aka Lucky (Allu Arjun) are brothers and are polar opposites in nature. While the former is an assistant commissioner of police trying to put factionist turned politician Shiva Reddy (Ravi Kishan) behind the bars, Lucky is a happy-go-lucky guy aiming for a visa to the U.S.A and is seen "connected" to a tea-shop owner(M.S.Narayana) who is addressed as "Babai" by Lucky.Lucky's mother wishes to see Ram and Lucky united. Erandane Maduve revolves around the family of a senior government officer, his autocratic wife and three arrogant daughters. After being suspended for taking a bribe, Lokayukta officer Vishwanath (Ananth Nag) is left to be always in the house surrounded by his over powering wife and three careless daughters. To get back his respect, he gets help from his lawyer friend Murthy (Rangayana Raghu) and puts up a dramatized make believe plot that he has an affair with a young and sexy lass called Veena (Jennifer Kotwal) who starts visiting his home. On seeing this, the enraged and confused wife Malavika (Suhasini Maniratnam) seeks her bumbling brother's help (Sharan) to get revenge on the husband.

Ramakrishnan or Rakhi (Jr. NTR) aspires to become railway stationmaster like his father (Chandramohan). His dialogues in the court are remarkable. The court drama forms the rest of the story.

The film is narrated in a non-linear fashion, with the use of several multiple flashbacks. In the opening scene, a dreaded underworld don is brutally hacked to death by unknown assailants. The police arrive at the crime scene and arrest the unknown assailant revealed as the superstar hero of the movie. The murder is revealed to be the handiwork of a novice, Madesha alias Jogi, played by Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar who works in a roadside tea stall.
