Christopher Patrick "Chris" Gore is a speaker and writer on the topic of independent film.
Gore was born September 5, 1965 in Big Rapids, Michigan. He is the main writer and the founder of Film Threat, a project dedicated to covering independent and underground movies which he started in 1985. He was also the editor in chief of Videogames Magazine from 1993-1995. During this time, he also made his first television appearances on the Jones Computer Network, the network television precursor to ZDTV, as an editorialist and commentator on the state of video games and society.
He appeared on the G4 television program Attack of the Show, and had also done a film-related segment on a the weekly FX series, The X Show. He was also the host and moderator of The New Movie Show with Chris Gore, also on FX, in 2000, where a panel mixed between critics and celebrity guests reviewed movies. G4 then based a recurring gag in an August 2010 episode of Attack of the Show on the murder of Chris Gore, bringing up three potential murderers each furthering the idea that his movies are horrible and that everyone wanted to kill him.
Gore attended Kimball High School in Royal Oak, Michigan (now renamed Royal Oak High School after the closing of Dondero High School).
Gore co-wrote and produced the film My Big Fat Independent Movie, a parody of other indie films.
His books include The 50 Greatest Movies Never Made, The Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide and The Complete DVD Book: Designing, Producing and Marketing Your Independent Film on DVD. Gore also created the defunct Wild Cartoon Kingdom magazine and co-created Sci-Fi Universe magazine.
In 2009 Gore signed on to host a reality talk show called Hollywood on the Rocks produced by Mini Movie Channel and distributed by Ovation TV.
Gore currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

Johnnie et Barbara, frère et sœur, se rendent sur la tombe de leur mère. À peine sont ils arrivés que Barbara est attaquée par un zombie. Johnnie parvient à arracher Barbara des griffes de son agresseur mais chute pendant la lutte, se fracassant le crâne sous les yeux médusés de sa sœur. Barbara réussit à s'enfuir et trouve refuge dans une maison non loin de là. À peine entrée, elle se rend compte que des zombies cernent la maison. Arrive alors Ben, un afro-américain dans son 4X4 en passe de tomber en panne d'essence, qui veut se cloisonner dans la maison en attendant du secours. Ayant entendu du bruit à l'intérieur, ils découvrent qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans la maison. En effet, cinq autres personnes se sont réfugiés dans la cave. Il s'agit de Tom, le neveu du propriétaire de la maison, sa femme Judy-Rose, Harry, sa femme Helen et leur fille Sarah qui est blessée. Dès lors, ils vont essayer de trouver un moyen de survivre en empêchant les zombies d'entrer la maison tout en espérant que les secours arriveront vite.

Along the way, they take a beautiful demented hostage – the lovely, desperate and lonely cashier Julianne (Paget Brewster). Little do they know that she will forever change their pathetic lives. During the journey, the foursome encounter a variety of characters inspired by famous independent films, including a bald genius, a forgetful thug, a jogging red-head, a bound and gagged girl, rabbis on a mission, lots of lesbians, Project Greenlight's Pete Jones, a crazed though well-dressed mechanic (Clint Howard), a horny answering machine (Jason Mewes), a naive mariachi, an obnoxious practical-joking love-struck French girl, and finally Pauly Shore as himself.
