Shiv Pandit (born 21 June 1984) is an Indian actor and television host. After having featured in several T.V. commercials for popular brands (Sprite, Airtel, Tide, Colgate, LG & Rotomac to name a few), he landed the lead role in the Television Sitcom 'FIR' in 2006. Post his stint on the show, he was contracted as the host for the 1st edition of the Indian Premier League on Set MAX for the show 'Extraaa Innings T20' in 2008.

Shiv Pandit made his screen debut in 2011 with the critically & commercially successful Hindi film 'Shaitan' where he got noticed and was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.

He went on to debut as a lead actor in the Tamil film 'Leelai'. The film opened to extremely positive reviews, with Pandit's performance being extremely well received by both critics & audience alike.

He is the brother of Gayatri Pandit, assistant director on the films 'Boss' (2013) and 'Desi Boyz' (2011), and Arjun Pandit, a sports anchor on STAR Sports.

Shiv is also the owner of the Chandigarh Cubs cricket team in the Box Cricket League (B.C.L.) along with actress Anita Hassanandani.

Sahil est fâché contre son copain Alex : ce dernier n'a pas payé la facture d'électricité et avait laissé le gaz ouvert. Ils partent randonner en montagne dans la chaîne des Ghats occidentaux, et s'arrêtent devant un paysage magnifique.

Pia (Pia Bajpai), a typical “Mumbai” girl, makes her first ever day trip to Delhi and agrees to meet a possible match for marriage on her mother’s insistence. She lands in Delhi determined to reject the guy after meeting him because after all he’s from “Delhi”. However, as it turns out she loses her phone while fighting with an auto driver and meets Goli Kohli (Shiv Pandit), a witty “Delhi” boy who grudgingly agrees to help her. One thing leads to another and they end up spending the entire day together. They fight, they argue, they laugh and share a lifetime of emotions in one day. When they meet in the morning they are strangers with strong biases about Mumbai & Delhi, when they part in the evening, the biases have turned into affection for each other’s quirks and finally, love.

Tom Patel and Jerry Patel. These Patel boys are no less than real life animated characters themselves. They live together in a rented apartment in Mumbai, and have no specific jobs. Both are mostly direction-less, and their only hope in life is optimism. Tom (Shiv Pandit) owes Ranchod (Varun Badola) some money, and his daughter happens to be Tom's girlfriend Hetal Gandhi (Shazahn Padamsee). The quirky Ranchod disapproves of Tom and gives him an ultimatum to return his money in two weeks. Jerry's (Kettan Singh) big problem in life is a nagging girlfriend Aliya Desai (Vaishali Desai) who constantly pesters him to marry her. In a situation like this, Tom comes up with a ridiculous, obnoxious and shocking 'Get-Rich-Quick' scheme. Unfortunately, the plan goes totally wrong, and his girlfriend also finds out about it. She gets furious and threatens to break up with him. On the other hand, Ranchod totally loses it and demands his money, come what may. This is when Tom comes up with yet another mind boggling plan to make money, in a snap. Both the boys swindle Ramneek Patel (Manoj Joshi), a rich innocent Gujrati NRI who has been in love with Jerry's bua Rita (Kitu Gidwani), since ages. Not only does Ramneek agree to send the money, but also comes all the way to India landing up at the Patel's residence to meet her. But where is Bua Rita??? Nobody knows - Thus embarking more madness, more laughter, laced with high points of emotional ups and downs - basically, in short, the craziest roller-coaster ride ever.

The film begins with a trio of three friends in college (Malar,Mona,Gayathri). Mona falls in love with a guy called Karthik (Shiv Pandit) despite the advice of Malar (Manasi Parekh Gohil) who suspects Karthik to be a complete flirt. One day, while on a date, Mona mentions to Karthik, Malar's views about him and this gets Karthik to start hating Malar for interfering in his love life. When Karthik calls Mona, Malar picks the call up accidentally and they get into an argument with Karthik venting out his anger towards her interfering in his love life. Shortly later, he breaks up with Mona. Gayathri believing Mona was a wrong choice in Karthik's life and begins to date Karthik, while Malar is firmly against it. The relationship ends the same way as his previous relationship with Mona. A year or two later both Karthik and Malar work at the same software company at different floors in the same building. One day, while trying to call his friend on Malar's floor, he accidentally calls Malar and the two realize their identities and presence in the building and the age-old feud resumes. Over lunch, both Malar's friend (Vicky) and his own friend (Suja) advise him to sort it with Malar. Vicky questions why Karthik would fight with such a beautiful woman such as Malar, Karthik not knowing what Malar looks like decides to take a look at her. When he sees Malar he falls in love at first sight, he then tries to reconcile with Malar, but Malar is not willing to forgive a flirt such as Karthik. Karthik becomes desperate and begins to follow Malar and in a chance meeting orchestrated by Karthik he introduces himself as a sweet and kind person by the name of 'Sundar'. Malar who has never met Karthik face to face, believes his false identity and begins to open up to Sundar. They start to get to know each other and meet often, when one day his friend Suja who works with Malar finds out about his game. Suja offers Karthik an ultimatum to reveal his true identity, once Malar declares her love for Sundar. Karthik tries to salvage his relationship with hilarious consequences. But, all said and done, how Karthik reveals to Malar about his true identity and her acceptance or rejection forms the crux of the story. Vicky (Santhanam) Malar's friend provides extra comic relief to the story.

Shaitan starts off with Amy (Kalki Koechlin), who is mentally disturbed and deeply affected by the attempted suicide and eventual institutionalisation of her mother. She moves from Los Angeles to Mumbai, where she meets KC (Gulshan Devaiya) at a party her parents forcefully take her to. KC introduces her to his gang – Dash (Shiv Pandit), Zubin (Neil Bhoopalam) and Tanya (Kirti Kulhari). They lead a directionless life, having fun, drinking, using drugs and driving around in a Hummer. On one such occasion, they start racing a random car and win. In the celebration rush, they run over two people riding on a scooter, killing them instantly.
