Shiva Rama Raju (Jagapati Babu), a noted good Samaritan in Parvatipuram who has a bet with Veerraju (Supreet) in the same village that if any one of his three daughters falls in love he will either kill the man or cut down his ears and he takes a vow that he will marry off his daughters to the grooms of his choice, neither love marriage nor elopement. Kavita (Rakul Preet Singh) is his third daughter. Raju (Manchu Manoj) is a wayward youth who is deeply in love with an English teacher Sunny (Sunny Leone) in a junior college. Kavita is one of Sunny's students. Raju uses Kavita as a courier to love Sunny; as the things proceed, Raju and Kavita fall in love. The rest of the story is all about what happens when they want to get married.

During the political realm of N. T. Rama Rao, Shankar Narayana is an independent MLA of the constituency of Shankar Nagar, which is named after him, in Hyderabad, and is regarded as a champion for the poor. Narsimha is a rowdy whose life ambition is to become an MLA, he murders people and works as a henchman to the Home Minister in hopes of getting the seat. However, Narsimha has a sister, Puja whom he adores a lot and she too loves her brother. Venky is a happy-go-lucky guy with a nice family and no problems. His ambition in life is to become a professional kick boxer, he and his dad share a strong bond. When Venky goes to the shop to pick up his pictures he accidentally takes the wrong envelope. His family sees the pictures of Puja, and thinks that she is Venky's girlfriend. The Home Minister's son Ajay wants to marry Puja, and tells Narsimha that he will make him an MLA if he agrees to the marriage. Narsimha quickly agrees, and Puja too has no objection to her brother's decision. Through a series of misunderstandings Narsimha thinks that Puja is in love with Venky, though they both have never met. Narsimha worries that he will not become a MLA, and goes to Venky's family's coffee shop and thrashes everything, he destroys Venky's sister's marriage and slaps Venky's father. Venky comes home and sees the destruction, he's confused and swears revenge on Narsimha. Narsimha screams at Puja and she decides to commit suicide; when she jumps into the water Venky saves her. It is late so he decides to drop her at her home, when Narsimha sees Puja on Venky's bike he thinks that they are eloping. Venky and Puja try to explain that they don't know each other and it is a misunderstanding, but Narsimha won't listen. A fight follows and Narsimha shoots Venky. Venky lives, but he kidnaps Puja and says he demands an apology and Narsimha must fix all that he destroyed. Slowly Puja becomes friends with Venky and after a little while they fall in love, but they don't know this. Puja goes to her exam hall, and tells Venky she will tell him something after her exam, she was going to say 'I love you'. Meanwhile Venky's friends and family explain the misunderstanding to Narsimha, and he immediately apologizes and fixes all the destruction he's caused. Puja is not able to tell Venky her feelings, because her brother comes and says sorry. Now, Venky does not want to create anymore problems, so he denies his love for Puja. Puja doesn't want to get married to Ajay, but she accepts to make her brother happy. Ajay figures out that Puja has been kidnapped, and thinks that Venky and Puja are in love. The Home Minister then insults Puja, this leads to a fight and their wedding is called off. Narsimha thinks that Puja should get married to Venky, and they happily get married.

Niharika (Charmee Kaur) is a young journalist working in a Telugu News Channel. After being chided by her boss for bringing ‘boring’ news, she starts looking for some controversial material. For this purpose, she ventures out alone in the night into Hyderabad. Unknowingly, Niharika has a pen camera, which happens to capture a secret talk of a politician, which if it could come out, will dismantle his status. He sends his men after her. Venkata Ramana (Daggubati Venkatesh) a.k.a Venky is a ventriloquist. An astrologer (M. S. Narayana) predicts that if he does not get married in one year, he will be a single man forever. He goes to Paris to show his talent to the company of Paris Prasad (Brahmanandam). Paris Prasad fools everyone and he was given a loan from a bank. But he has not repaid the loan to the bank. Venky befriends Sheikh Raj (Ali). Venky also falls in love with Pooja (Trisha Krishnan), the niece of Paris Prasad. Pooja has no feelings for Venky, but Paris Prasad tells Venky that Pooja too loves him and fools him. Slowly Pooja and Venky become friends. Pooja goes back to India and finds that her marriage has been arranged with Bhadrappa (Subbaraju), the son of her uncle, Changala Rayudu (Mukesh Rishi). Venky asks Paris Prasad for help. Prasad comes with Venky to save Pooja by telling him that Pooja loves him and wants to break the marriage. But Pooja loves an NRI named Rahul. There Venky introduces himself to everyone as Pranit and makes fools of them by giving the partnership of his factory's benefit. One day when Venky with Prasad and Pooja runs away, Bhaddrapa's uncle (Jaya Prakash Reddy) comes to know everything. He tells everyone this. Then Venky goes to his village along with Prasad, Rahul and Pooja. He introduces his family, his uncles, Narayana (Chandra Mohan) and Malesh Yadav (Kota Srinivasa Rao). After that Bhaddrapa's grandfather hatches a plan in which Venky will come with Pooja and they will kill him. But Venky ends up coming with his full family, so they could not kill him. But after coming here, Venky comes to know that Pooja loves Rahul. When Pooja's uncle attacks them, Venky saves everybody. Pooja realizes she loves Venky. Paris Prasad also realizes his mistake and gets Venky and Pooja married. After the marriage, Prasad asks Venky to give him money with which he can repay the bank loan. But Venky laughs after hearing this.

Sanjay (Sumanth) is an extremely practical guy who believes in nothing but logic and reasoning. He listens to his mind and ignores his heart. Vasu (Manchu Manoj Kumar) is a strong willed reckless guy. He spends most of his time hanging out with his friends, who belong to the same flock. He loves his father (Manikka Vinayagam) and his brother (Rajeev Kanakala) very dearly. His brother is different from him that he is responsible and studious. He ignores his father's words of wisdom and is regularly chided by his father as a good-for-nothing guy. In one such incident he loses the trust and faith of his father as he gets involved in teasing a girl called Vijji (Sadha). That incident makes Vasu realize the importance of having good relationship with his father. But father asks him to prove himself as a responsible man. Vasu travels to Vizag from Tirupati in search of a job. In Vizag, he incidentally meets Vijji again. Meanwhile, there is another girl Pooja (Varshita), who is madly in love with Vasu. Venu (Nagarjuna Akkineni) is an orphan and a contractor at Vizag port. Anu (Shriya Saran) is a student in classical singing. Sruthi (Arti Agarwal) is Anu's friend. Anu makes an attempt to elope with her boyfriend Arun. Arun is the son of a Business tycoon JP (Mukesh Rishi). JP sends police across to nab Anu. As police nab Arun, Venu rescues Anu. Anu's father disassociates himself from his daughter. Then Venu takes Anu to his place and gives assurance. Venu finds out where Arun is and gets Anu married to him. JP tells his son that Venu and Anu have an affair as they live together in the same house. Arun gets suspicious about Anu's character and leaves the marriage venue immediately after the marriage. Anu is back in Venu's place. Venu is in the mission of locating Arun and convince him to come back to Anu. As Anu and Venu spend more time together, they get closer. Venu never takes advantage of it and treats Anu like a good friend. Anu pines for Arun but comes to know that Arun is getting married to the Minister's daughter. Venu goes to the engagement venue and tries to stop Arun from getting engaged. Anu comes and slaps Arun, saying that their marriage is over. She goes for a singing competition with Venu accompanying her. She wins the competition as well as her father's love. Arun, meanwhile tries to kill Venu but accidentally gets an electric shock. He gets paralysed for life. JP seeks revenge. Sruthi falls for Venu. Anu goes back to her father's house and now, being unmarried, thinks over her relationship with Venu. She realises that she loves Venu. Venu, too, reveals among his friends that he loves Anu, but will never tell her. Sruthi overhears both Anu and Venu's feelings and decides to sacrifice her love for Venu. Her parents decide to get her married to Venu. Sruthi refuses to get married to Venu and tells them everything. Sruthi's mother gets angry and asks Anu to arrange her daughter's and Venu's wedding. Anu gets heartbroken but thinks that its better for everyone. Sruthi goes to Venu and tells him that Anu too loves him. Anu is kidnapped by JP and his goons.
