SD Entertainment is an American animation studio specialising in direct-to-DVD and theatrical movies for children. The "SD" in the initials of the company name stand for Sabella Dern, the respective last names of its founders: former MGM Animation employees Paul Sabella and Jonathan Dern.
The company is based in Woodland Hills, California. It owned two subsidiaries, Kidtoon Films and The Bigger Picture, that deal with the distribution of SD's productions in digital venues across the United States. They were eventually acquired by Cinedigm. Another of the company's ventures, FUNimation Films, was launched in early 2006.

Tous les Bisounours attendent avec impatience l'ouverture de Bisouparc, le parc d'attractions de Bisouville. Mais, à cause de la maladresse de Toufou, les montagnes russes de Touronchon sont détruites et l'ouverture du parc est sérieusement compromise. Toufou rencontre alors un drôle de petit robot qui l'emmène dans le repaire de Grizzli, un ours mal léché. Il y découvre un curieux manège, le Magicroque, qui a besoin des dessins magiques des Bisounours pour fonctionner. Selon Grizzli, le parc pourrait ouvrir comme prévu grâce au Magicroque. Seulement, Grizzli n'a pas les meilleures intentions du monde.

The Rainbow Celebration is almost near as everyone in Ponyville prepares and awaits the first rainbow of the season. Meanwhile at the magical city of Unicornia, Cheerilee is teaching a young unicorn pony named Rarity about being a Rainbow Princess and her duties to make the First Rainbow of the Season using the magic wand. Rarity is still young and she accidentally uses the wand, which in turn teleports her into the middle of Breezie Blossom. Cheerilee, Brights Brightly and Whistle Wishes venture outside Unicornia in search of her. Rarity befriends the Breezies and they visit Ponyville and later Rarity feels homesick. Pinkie Pie, Minty, Rainbow Dash, Spike and the Breezies help her get home, just in time for the first rainbow of the season.
