UTV Motion Pictures est une filiale britannique de la société indienne UTV Software Communications Ltd. (UTV) dont le principal actionnaire est la Walt Disney Company avec plus de 90 % du capital. Elle a été fondée en 1996 pour assurer la distribution de films à la fois des productions d'UTV et celles de ces partenaires tels que 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company et Sony Pictures. Omi Khurana’s London dream has just ended. On the run from a dangerous UK gangster who he owes money to, Omi returns to his native village in Punjab, pretending to be a well-heeled London lawyer. Much has changed since Omi ran away from home a decade back after stealing money from his doting grandfather, Daarji. The old man has since become senile and most importantly, forgotten the secret recipe of "Chicken Khurana" a dish that made the Khurana dhaba (restaurant) famous across Punjab. Omi’s childhood sweetheart, Harman is soon to be married to his cousin, Jeet, though neither seems too happy about it. Adding to the quirkiness of the Khurana family is a free loader uncle, Titu, who once did a stint at a mental asylum. Omi's grandfaher has a cousin sister who ran away from home at early age and is now a saint. His grand father dies on his last visit to his restaurant. Omi tries to restore their family restaurant with the help of Harman. While working on restaurant both of them reconcile and start to have feelings for each other. Meanwhile Omi discovers the secret ingredient from his grandfathers famous chicken recipe was a narcotic herbal medicine but keeps it a secret forever.

Bruce Lee (Jiiva) is a martial arts specialist but unluckily he is unable to use those skills to make a living. Instead, he falls in love with Police Deputy Commissioner Gaurav's (Nassar) daughter Shakthi (Pooja Hegde), and tries to impress her and her elder sister's kids with his martial art skills. To make it more fun for them he pretends to be a superhero by wearing on a costume each time he visits. On his way back on one such visit, Lee finds himself caught in between cops and robbers chase in the city. He decides to assist the police and manages to nab one robber from the gang and hands him over to the police. Lee doesn't realize that by doing so he has asked upon himself the revenge of Dragon (Narain) who heads the same gang. As the police were involved too, Dragon eyes to take revenge on Police Commissioner Gaurav also. Dragon then connives a plan that eventually frames Lee as a robber and the attempted to kill the Police Commissioner. What lies ahead for Lee now is to prove his innocence to the Police, win his love back Shakthi and more importantly bring Dragon and his gang to justice.

Krishna (Vikram) is intellectually disabled and has the mental ability of a six-year old. He lives a peaceful life in the hill station of Ooty. He is cared for by Victor (Krishna Kumar), the owner of a chocolate factory where Krishna works. One day he excitedly announces to the village that he will become a father. That night, his daughter is born, but his wife Banumathy dies during childbirth. Unable to grasp the concept of death, he simply accepts that his wife has "gone to God" and starts life as a father. He names his daughter Nila, and raises her with love and care. She soon grows into a happy young girl (Sara). With the help of Victor and his other mentally challenged friends, Krishna enrolls Nila in school.

La très belle et très attirante Susanna Anna-Marie Johannes (Priyanka Chopra) épouse tout d'abord le major Edwin Rodriques (Neil Nitin Mukesh) qui porte si bien l'uniforme puis, très rapidement, elle se marie avec le beau Jimmy à la si belle voix. À ce chanteur succèdent un poète, Musafir (Irrfan Khan) puis un Russe, Nicolai Vronsky (Aleksandr Dyachenko), qui ne survivent pas plus que leurs prédécesseurs. Tous ces veuvages finissent par attirer l'attention de la police et tout spécialement celle du très prévenant inspecteur Keemat Lal (Annu Kapoor) qui décède malencontreusement. Ces deuils répétés affectent douloureusement Susanna qui, fort heureusement pour elle et malheureusement pour lui, est secourue par l'excellent docteur Modhusudhon Tarafdar (Naseeruddin Shah). La liste des victimes s'allonge.

This film is about a gang of innocent but feisty kids who lead carefree lives in Chandan Nagar colony that takes on the big bad world of politics when one of their friend's life is endangered. It starts with an introduction to the lead actors, who live in Chandan Nagar Society. Each of the eight children has his own identity and a nickname based on these qualities. Akram is the fast bowler (Ramashankar), Encyclopedia is the mastermind (Arjun). Not only that, but their whole team has a nickname – CHILLAR PARTY. They explain that they have mainly two enemies with the 'over-sized' neighbouring cricket team to whom they always lose, and a dog to whom they have given a name – Loose Motion, since it has a tendency to make messes. So they develop an enmity against dogs. Their hopes are shattered shortly after a boy- Fatka who was employed for washing the cars of the society, enters with his dog Bhidu. They do everything to throw the boy and his dog out, but become unsuccessful. Eventually they develop a friendship with each other as Fatka helps them by serving as the lead bowler during the match with the neighbouring cricket team. But their happiness is short-lived when a reckless politician, welfare minister Shashikant Bhide, enters their life after his personal secretary is attacked by Bhidu for hurting Fatka.
