Madesh and produced by A. Ganesh . V. Harikrishna has composed the soundtrack and the background score. The film is slated for release on 15 April 2011. The film is a remake of Surya and Jyothika starrer Tamil film, Kaakha Kaakha.
Synopsis
ACP Surya I. P. S. is an efficient officer who works to serve people. When he is handling a case he sees Maya. Till then he thinks he is fire and no one can touch his heart but falls in love with Maya. He meets her again in the mall but can't talk to her. He meets her again and she comes to know that he is an officer. After some months he sees her again in the school Maya will be working in the school as a teacher. Once one of the students of Maya will face a problem. So she seeks help of Surya who solves the problem. Surya will be assigned to look after the roads where the state c.m would pass. Maya sees Surya and requests him to have a cup of coffee with her but he tells no as he is on duty. Maya while crossing the road meets with an accident. Surya will take her to a nearby hospital and Maya will be out of danger. After some days Surya comes to meet Maya to her house she requests him to take her out on a ride as she was bored of staying at home. She takes him to a boat house (the place which she owns) and tells him that she likes him a lot and proposes him he first refuses and later accepts. He will be assigned to arrest a drug smuggler who is the villain of the story. He kidnaps Maya to escape from Surya but fails to do so and reaches his death.Acteurs

Kempe Gowda(Sudeep) is a sub-inspector in a dusty village of Rona in Hubli in North Karnataka, his native, where he is adored. His bumbling colleague Pashupati(Sharan) is cheerful and always helps him with his work. A beautiful girl Kaavya (Ragini Dwivedi) comes to his village. Eventually Kempegowda and Kaavya fall in love with each other. Armugam(P. Ravi Shankar), a notorious criminal, is brought down to his knees at the local police station. Their egos clash and Armugam, who has never had to face an opposition before, decides to teach Kempegowda a lesson. He is transferred to Bangalore, after being promoted as an Inspector, where Armugam's wits run large. His sub co worker Bose employs him at the Magadi Road Police Station. The Karnataka Home Minister C Ashok is pleased with Kempegowda and appoints him in all the activities responsible for the city, and posts him as the Assistant Commissioner of Police of the Anti Kidnapping Force.As the cop begins to unearth Armugam's misdeeds, he realizes that he is up against a real challenge. In return Kempegowda kills Vaikunta (J. Karthik) Armugam's younger brother. This infuriates Armugam who begins targeting many people who are close to Kempegowda including Kaavya whom he shoots but is saved by Kempegowda and Bose who is hacked to death by Armugam's henchmen. Finally in a bid to escape the arrest warrant issued out to him, Armugam kidnaps the Tamil Nadu Home Minister's daughter. He falsely tells Kempegowda that he is going to Mangalore with her when he is actually going to Nellore in Andhra Pradesh to put the police off the track. Kempegowda and his officers pursue Armugam and his henchmen near Nellore and kills all of the henchmen. He saves the Tamil Nadu Home Minister's daughter and kills Armugam in an encounter. In the end as the post credits roll, it is revealed that Kempegowda is resigning from the police force and together he and Kaavya are going back to Hubli. They are also happily married.

The film starts with a flashback. ACP Varadhanayaka (Sudeep) is a sincere police officer happily married and lives with his parents and younger brother Hari (Chiranjeevi Sarja). Hari is a college student and he falls in love with his classmate Sirisha (Nikeesha Patel). Enter Section Shankar (P. Ravi Shankar) the villain who is notorious for settlements and land deals. Sirisha comes across ACP Varadhanayaka when she is on a field trip from her college with her friends. She gets friendly with his daughter Pinky who tells her that she would get her introduced to her uncle Hari and they would make a good pair. It turns out that Hari studies in Sirisha’s college and soon after they accidentally even come to know each other and get close.

The film tries to work on the old saying "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". Divya (Divya Spandana) is an upcoming model in London who meets Sriram (Shaam) an IT guy and falls in love.
