Kamalatho Naa Prayanam is an upcoming Telugu film directed by Narasimha Nandi marking his third film after the National Film Award and multi Nandi Award winning 2008 film 1940 Lo Oka Gramam. This film produced by Isanaka Sunil Reddy and Siddharth Bogulu on Livitha Universal Films features Sivaji and Archana Veda Sastry in the lead roles. It is about a woman who is striving to get out of her job as a sex worker and the betrayal she faced from the person she loved after believing rumors about her private life.
KK composed the music while S. Murali Mohan Reddy handled the Cinematography of the film. V. Nagi Reddy provided the Editing for the film. The film was launched on 1 June 2013 in Hyderabad. The Principal photography started from 25 August 2013 and ended on 25 September 2013 in a single schedule.

The film opens when Madhumati or "Madhu" (Bhoomika Chawla) and Siddartha Roy or "Siddhu" (Pawan Kalyan) are born. Madhu's family is based in Konaseema in Andhra Pradesh and Sidhu's family is from Kolkota (he has a Telugu father and Bengali mother). As babies, Madhu and Siddhu meet in a shopping complex.

Bullabbayi (Sivaji) is fond of his sister-in-law Rajeswari (Meera Jasmine). He loves her so much and wanted to be flawless with good character. Though Rajeswari behaves that she is not interested in him, she really loves him. Bullabbayi has a property dispute with his stepbrother Veerababu (Subbaraju). In a bid to save a girl called Chintamani (Sangeeta) from being sold by a brothel owner (Anuradha) to Veerababu, Bullabbayi pays her money and takes Chintamani with him and keeps her in his outhouse. Bullabbayi tells her to leave the place the next day, but accidentally, seduces Chintamani, after an attack by Veerababu's men against him. Being an honest boy, Bullabbayi reveals everything to his father-in-law and urges him to stop the marriage, but the latter refuses to do so. Again, Bullabbayi innocently reveals the incident to Rajeswari as he doesn't want to cheat her that he was pious and flawless. Rajeswari attempts suicide and gets saved by Bullabbayi. However, Rajeswari refuses to share the marital life with Bullabbayi. A few days later, her father convinces her and appeals to honour his honesty. Being impressed with his innocence, Rajeswari allows him into the bedroom and they enjoy a good family life. As a result, Rajeswari turns pregnant, so also Chintamani. How Bullabbayi managed both his pregnant wives? Did Chintamani comes into the life of Rajeswari? Did Rajeswari keep mum on learning Chintamani was also pregnant and Bullabbayi continued to pamper her? What happened to the property dispute between Bullabbayi and Veerababu? How Veerababu reacted against Bullabbayi? Answers to all these questions form part of the climax.

Aa Dinagalu is a story about the Bangalore underworld of the 1980s. In the film, Agni Shridhar narrates the preview as story of Kotwal Ramachandra era (1975) coincidentally with declaration of emergency by Indira Gandhi, which led to grooming of M. P. Jayaraj as the uncrowned don of Bangalore mostly working with Knives, Sickles, Machetes for terrorising people. Eventually he seems to have got jailed for contempt of court for 10 years. When he returns in 1985, after the death of Indira Gandhi he finds Kotwal Ramachandra to have taken his spot. In this backdrop how a love story finds its place has been shown in the movie.
