Bramma is a 1991 Tamil film directed by K. Subash. The film stars Sathyaraj in the lead role pairing with Kushboo Sundar and Bhanupriya. The film was a Deepavali release, with largely positive reviews and completed 100 days in theaters & was a blockbuster. The film was remade in Telugu as same name with Mohan Babu and in Hindi with same name with Govinda.
Synopsis
Ravivarman is a talented artist with special ability to draw faces of person at their different ages given their childhood photo. After tragic loss of his wife in Flight blast, he becomes a drunkard and lives aimless. Police summons Ravi to draw the face of accused in bomb blast from the previous file photo. Because of his painting, the criminal George is caught by the police and George challenges to take revenge on Ravi. Due to his help to the police, Ravi becomes famous and he is called by a rich man in Rosewood Estate who wants to find his niece who went missing at her age of five. From the housemaid's warning, Ravi understand the rich man's true intentions. He draws his wife as the missing niece's painting and hands over it to the rich man. Meanwhile, he searches and finds Jennifer, who is actual heir of Rosewood Estate. George escapes from jail and it is revealed that Ravi's wife Pavithra is alive but in coma stage.Meanwhile Jeni falls in love with Ravi.Atlast ravi fights and gets the property of Jeni and unites with Pavithra.Acteurs

The film starts with Gouthami visiting a village and remembering the past as the film takes us to a flashback. The village would have been a victim to a local don by name Baasha whose atrocities go unchecked even by police. Most of the policemen would either accept bribe or get killed by him. Sathyaraj family relocates to this village. He questions the riots happening in the village and develops enmity with the don. How he saves the village from the ruling don and his boss forms the rest of the story. In the end, Sathyaraj kills Sarathkumar and dies while hosting a flag.

The story opens as Raja's sathyaraj mother requires an major operation to be done. But due to poverty, raja decides to look for an job in ooty. while travelling in train with his mother to ooty, he meets Mr.Devaraj Venniradai Moorthy who is actually an music teacher travelling to island estate - ooty for a 3000 monthly waged job. He carries with him a recommendation letter with contact address. while alighting the suitcases which resembles same of raja and devaraj, interchanges. so mistake raja takes away the suitacase. when reaching their room, he finds the letter and due to the critical situation of his mother, he decides to take the job.
