Kaarnama is a 1990 Bollywood film written, produced and directed by actor Ranjeet. The actor Ranjeet had also directed Rahul Roy, Anu Aggarwal starrer Ghazab Tamasha. 'Kaarnama' was based on horse race. It was a big flop at box office. Cast: Vinod Khanna, Kimi Katkar, Farha Naaz, Neena Gupta, Paintal, Nirupa Roy and Amrish Puri. Farha's role in 'Kaarnama' opposite Vinod Khanna and Woh Phir Ayegi are considered her best roles ever offered to her. By the same time, she got married to Dara Singh's son Vindu Dara Singh.

Gangadhar Choudhary rules a small community in rural India with an iron hand, and will never permit anyone to speak up against him. Shiva / Tiger is the local criminal don in his part of the town where he lives with his mother. His mother wants him to marry and settle down, and give up his criminal activities. Rajesh (Feroz Khan) was a motorcycle stuntman in a circus and is now a thief, expert in breaking open treasuries. In one such robbery, he is being watched by a jolly but shrewd police inspector Amjad Khan (Amjad Khan). Sheela (Zeenat Aman) is a gorgeous disco club dancer and singer. Rajesh and Sheela are in love. Rajesh has not disclosed to Sheela that he is a thief. An evil brother-sister duo- Vikram (Shakti Kapoor) and Jwaala (Aruna Irani) seek revenge against crime boss Rakka (Amrish Puri) who cheated Jwaala and siphoned her money. They hire Rajesh to break open Rakka's treasury and steal back the money. Vikram pays Rajesh a token amount to do the job. But suddenly Inspector Amjad Khan arrests Rajesh and the court sentences Rajesh to two years imprisonment. Sheela is devastated after she realizes Rajesh was a thief.
