Three bachelor roommates Unni Krishnan (Jayaram), Vinod (Saikumar) and Boney (Mukesh) spend time drinking and dating. Their brahmin neighbor complains about the noise. The lives of the three roommates change when they find an abandoned baby girl at their door step one day. When their attempt to find the baby's father fails, they decide to bring up the baby and name it Kingini. They appoint a baby sitter (Innocent) for this task.

Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindan Kutty (Siddique), Appukuttan (Jagadish) and Thomas Kutty (Ashokan) are four young men who live in the housing colony 'Harihar Nagar' in a city in Keralam. The film features the story of three bank employees and their wives. Bank manager Prakash (Suresh Gopi) is an ideal husband, while his wife Sumati (Urvasi) is emotional and complaining. Cashier Gowthaman (Jagathy Sreekumar) is struggling to adjust with his North Indian, Hindi-speaking wife Ambika as he has to take care of all the household chores and look after their baby. There is a tangential storyline involving a suspicious husband named Thankappan (Kuthiravattam Pappu) and Radha, a servant in Prakash's home.
