It starred Arshad Warsi, Mahima Chaudhry, Parvin Dabas in lead roles while Shahrukh Khan had a special appearance as himself.
Synopsis
A plane-load of passengers are stranded in distant Ganganagar in rural India as their plane is unable to take off due to technical problems. The Airport Manager is S.R. Khan (Arshad Warsi), intoxicated and belligerent at most times, gets to meet his former sweetheart, Gulab Khan (Mahima Chaudhry), in the company of her husband; his wise-cracking Sikh Assistant, Ram Saran Dubey (Jaspal Bhatti), whose mother is a Sardarni, while his dad is from Bihar; An estranged father, Sunil Wadhwa (Sachin Khedekar), and his wife try to pacify their daughter into accepting their imminent separation; while Italian Siddharth (Parvin Dabas) has only a few hours to make up his mind who he wants to marry, Anita Ahuja or Manju Narang, who both happen to be cousins, and both aggressively want to be his wife; The Pilot Captain Vikram Sinha (Rohit Roy) is shattered when he gets the news that his affair with air-hostess, Raj (Sharavan), has resulted in a much avoidable pregnancy; and Internet lovers Farha and Rahul finally meet - only to come to face with reality as Farha's father does not approve of her affair with Rahul, and does not want her to come home. Farha also goes missing then. All this happens in the midst of a mysterious male who is asleep on a bench in the Airport Lounge, and he is not to be disturbed under any circumstances. The mysterious male turns out to be Farha's famous idol Shahrukh Khan, who persuades her to go back home with Raj, and makes sure that their parents approve it.Acteurs

Kishorilal a fait carrière et fortune aux États-Unis. Sa femme est décédée cinq ans auparavant, lui laissant un seul et unique fils, Rajiv, lequel n'a jamais foulé sa terre d'origine. Il a aussi pris à sa charge son neveu, un jeune orphelin né en Inde et émigré aux États-Unis, Arjun, en phase de connaître le succès en tant que chanteur. Kishorilal se rend un jour en Inde chez un ami de longue date, Suraj, qui l'héberge au sein de son accueillante et attachante famille. Il est très rapidement porté par cette ambiance traditionnelle et ses valeurs, et est fasciné par l'innocence et la pureté d'âme de la belle Ganga, la fille de son ami. Kishorilal demande donc la main de Ganga à son ami, qui accepte malgré les réticences des femmes de la maison qui ne voulait pas voir la jeune fille partir pour les États-Unis. De retour aux États-Unis, Kishorilal demande à Arjun de l'aider à convaincre Rajiv d'épouser Ganga, car celui-ci risque de ne pas accepter une épouse si éloignée de son mode de vie. Arjun accepte et entreprend de persuader celui qu'il considère comme son frère. Rajiv consent à cette union après un bref séjour en Inde au cours duquel il se retrouve confronté à la rigidité et à la morale des patriarches de la famille de Ganga, à l'honnêteté et au dévouement excessif de la jeune femme, à l'hostilité des habitants du village vis-à-vis des immigrés... Ganga et lui retournent ensemble aux États-Unis pour célébrer très prochainement leur mariage, et à son tour Ganga se trouve face à des cas de figure inattendus : Rajiv boit, fume, a déjà eu des rapports sexuels avec son ancienne petite amie, qu'il continue de fréquenter... Bref, leurs tempéraments et leurs attentes sont littéralement opposés... Ganga de son côté s'est beaucoup attachée à Arjun.

The movie starts with a TV crew interviewing Prof. Tiwari (Pankaj Kapur) about the events that had occurred in reference to the movie shootouts and eradication of organized crime in Lucknow and surrounding areas. Since a young age, Ajay Kumar (Arshad Warsi) has been traumatized by the death of his army officer father, who killed himself with his service revolver when accused of being a deserter, leaving his widow Prabha (Suhasini Mulay) to bring up Ajay on her own. Ajay grows up, studies hard and successfully becomes an Indian Police Service officer with the title of Senior Superintendent of Police of Lucknow. Due to his honesty, he gets transferred to various states in India, around 14 times in eight years. At his new posting in Uttar Pradesh, he comes to terms with a new criminal boss and ruthless killer, Gajraj Singh (Sushant Singh). Ajay engineers the setting up of a Special Task Force to deal with Gajraj. However, he also runs into problems as Gajraj is politically well-connected. Gajraj continues to elude the Task Force, using more modern technology such as the use of cell phones. But the Task Force recovers and is able to monitor Gajraj's cell phones with the help of Prof. Tiwari. They find out that Gajraj is planning to contest the elections and if he wins, no police officer of any rank, even the Task Force, would then dare to arrest him or even consider him a suspect, which may well result in the Task Force being mere paper tigers. They have a final confrontation inside a train which leaves from Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station. All the officers in the Task Force as well as members of Gajraj's gang kill each other in the fight, leaving Prof. Tiwari as the only witness.

Nikhil Arora, (Saif Ali Khan) ou "Nik", c’est plus cool, architecte de formation, mais chef cuisinier par goût, tient un restaurant au cœur de Melbourne, Australie. Il s’ensuit de multiples disputes entre les deux protagonistes. Ils finissent cependant par tomber amoureux l’un de l’autre et décident de vivre ensemble. Après une période idyllique où chacun fait des efforts pour l’autre, le naturel de chacun refait surface et les tensions et disputes reprennent de plus belle.
