Naan Aval Adhu (Tamil: நான் அவள் அது ) (English: Me, Her, It) is a Tamil-language film directed by Kona Venkat. Filming started for the project in 2009 with Madhavan, Shamita Shetty and Sadha in the title roles, with the film being a remake of the 2007 Hindi horror film, Darling.
It was initially produced by Ram Gopal Varma, but the film was sold before release to Storm Pictures after Varma, Venkat and Madhavan had gone through creative differences. Whilst post-production also experienced difficulties after Madhavan refused to dub for the film, the film still remains unreleased.

Vedi tells the story of Prabhakaran (Vishal), who is a young Police Officer, who goes to Kolkata in search of his sister, Aishwarya (Poonam Kaur). Prabhakaran, at his native place, Thoothukudi, had developed enmity with a local don (Sayaji Shinde) by thrashing him in public and putting him behind bars. The enmity gets travelled to Kolkata also where the don join another local gangster to take revenge on the police officer. The baddies trouble the police officer's sister and her friend, Paaru (Sameera Reddy), who falls in love with Prabhakaran.

Arundhati (Anushka Shetty) is the great-granddaughter of the Raja of Gadwal, Mahasamsthan. Arrangements are being made for her marriage. Vamsi (Gopichand) is the son of an affluent handloom house owner Muddu Krishna Rao (Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao). He happens to fall in love with a girl Bujji (Bhavana) who is an orphan and stays in a hostel. With the consent of his parents, Vamsi tries to get engaged with Bujji. But she was kidnapped by a group of gangsters. Bujji is attempted to molest by one of gangster brother (Ajay) who is roughed up by Vamsi. The gangster (Ashish Vidyarthi) vows to take revenge and on the day of Gopichand marriage with Bujji. He kidnaps and rapes her in front of the hero. All this mishap happens because of support of MLA {Rajiv Kanakala} who is the close friend of Vamsi as he is promised with minister berth by the gangster and stabs Vamsi. Vamsi arrives Hyderabad and tries to trace the gangsters. Because of his betrayal, Vamsi kills his MLA friend Raghava (Rajiv Kanakala). Later in the movie, Sayaji Shinde interviews Vamsi's parents and family members because Vamsi is in a state of hallucination and he didn't know until he told him. The cop Syyaji Shinde investigates the case though at the end he catches the hero but releases him and gives his support for killing gangsters. The hero kills Lal Mahankali (Asish Vidyarthi) and rips his brother's arm off. Vamsi's dad tells him that Bujji dies the day of the engagement because she jumped off a rock building.

Ramji Narayanaswami Iyer (Madhavan), a naive and docile Tamil Brahmin (Palakkad Iyer) cook, dreams of marrying off his sister Bhagyam (Divyadarshini) to a good family, as they are orphans and it becomes his sole responsibility. Natarajan (Delhi Ganesh) is a Brahmin house-owner near the Parthasarathy Temple looking for a right tenant for the upper portion of his house. Vasu (Manchu Manoj Kumar) is a strong willed reckless guy. He spends most of his time hanging out with his friends, who belong to the same flock. He loves his father (Manikka Vinayagam) and his brother (Rajeev Kanakala) very dearly. His brother is different from him that he is responsible and studious. He ignores his father's words of wisdom and is regularly chided by his father as a good-for-nothing guy. That incident makes Vasu realize the importance of having good relationship with his father. But father asks him to prove himself as a responsible man. Vasu travels to Vizag from Tirupati in search of a job. In Vizag, he incidentally meets Vijji again. Meanwhile, there is another girl Pooja (Varshita), who is madly in love with Vasu. With Vasu out to prove a point to his father, finally convinces him and in the process also wins the hand of the heroine. By the end, he also realizes the importance of family values and his love for Vijji.
