Produced by Ashu Bedra and backed by the technical team of Vijaya Prasad's previous directorial Sidlingu, the film went on floors in October 2012. However the shooting of the film will resume in the month of June 2015 after many controversial speculations and delays with regards to the casting and other production issues.
