Synopsis
Two members of different fundamentalist groups get trapped in a remote island on a midnight, after committing a murder. The island is connected to the main land only through a rail link, which is filled with rioting crowds. The young men comes into contact with the only inhabitants of the island, Ottakkayyan Vasu, his wife and father-in-law. From there the story develops into an unpredictable end.Acteurs

A woman gets ready to leave for a get together and finds her husband dead in their room. In no time, a masked man tries to kill her too . His attempt gets failed and he escapes. The woman is now in a state of shock and mentally paralysed. A murder case is registered and investigation takes place. Susi (Kanchana) a young college girl comes to her home for vacation along with her friends. She lives with three younger paternal uncles - the victim who was killed in the first scene, Kamalanathan, Vimalanathan and her aunt who was supposed to be the victim in the hands of the murderer. Long time ago itself Susi's parents were killed. Susi meets Baskar (Ravichandran), a singer and both of them are attracted to each other at first sight.

Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindan Kutty (Siddique), Appukuttan (Jagadish) and Thomas Kutty (Ashokan) are four young men who live in the housing colony 'Harihar Nagar' in a city in Keralam. The movie starts with an incident which take place in Bombay, where a murder happens for a 'briefcase'. In the next scene the four are then shown, with their tricks to impress girls. A girl, "Maya" (Geetha Vijayan), along with her grandparents come as Mahadevan's new neighbours. The four try to impress her during which they find her posting a letter. They bribe the postman and manage to get that letter. Through the letter they come to know that Maya is in the town to know more about the murder of her brother - Sethu Madhavan (Suresh Gopi).

Unnikrishan (Vijayakumar), a simple, innocent, easy going chap joins Government Law College. He along with first year students are ragged by the seniors under the leadership of Pappan (Ashokan). Dr Sunny is a psychiatrist who is engaged to his girlfriend Annie. One day a girl named Reshma is admitted to Sunny's hospital by her brother Roy, who is a close friend of Sunny.
