Rose Guitarinaal () is a 2013 Indian romantic musical that is written & directed by Ranjan Pramod. It is produced by Maha Subair under the banner of Varnachitra Big Screen in association with Colour Pencil Films. Nowrunning.com says the film defines the contemporary metro youth with its cliques and the problems that occur when you fall in love with someone else on the other side of the tracks. The movie released on March 1 in Kerala.

Sethumadhavan, is left alone following the death of his wife and the migration of his only son and his family to a foreign nation. The story centers on Kasinathan (Mohanlal), a pragmatic but playful businessman keen on general welfare of his men also running a resort and massage parlour as a side business. Kasinathan is the younger brother of Swaminathan (Nedumudi Venu), the heir to Valiyamangalam Malika and the head of erstwhile feudal Midhilapuri. Midhilapuri is an idyllic village prospered through judicious use of agriculture as the path to good life. Kasinathan is powerful in his own right and is tipped to succeed influential politician Menon (Janardhanan) in Kerala politics. Kasinathan has a secret admirer in the form of a mysterious girl (Kiran Rathod) who drops messages and love hints every day. But Kasinathan has still better issues to worry about! The burning issue of providing drinking water supply to Udayankara colony is time and again sabotaged by Cherpunkal Shankar Das (Saikumar), a wily and unscrupulous politician of crassiest morals who is intent on teaching a lesson to the alleged loyalty of the people who continue to support righteous politicians. The reciprocal justice is carried out by Kasinathan who in a strategic move corners Shankar Das in a compromising position with a serial actress (Maya Viswanath)and blackmails him to release permission for water supply in the village. Shankar Das is forced to resign from the cabinet. Ensuing celebration is amply enjoyed in a rain dance song by Kasinathan with all and sundry of his devoted satellites including characters Murugan (Jagadish), Vellapulli Mathachan (Jagathy Sreekumar), Tomi (Vijayakumar), Basheer (Salim Kumar) Pushpakumaran (Maniyanpilla Raju) etc.

Unni (Sudheesh) is wrongly accused for murder of a man named Kannan in Dubai. Sheikh Al Mubharak Rasim Khalid tells Unni's elder brother Nandagopalan Vishwanathan (Jayaram) that he can release Unni if he gets he can get a letter from Kannan's family that they have pardoned Unni and all the members of Unni's family should sign the letter. Nandagopalan goes to Unni's house disguised as a Sheikh from Sharjah and trying to fool everyone in signing the letter without telling the truth of the contents of the letter. Little does Nandu know that the Shiekh is trying to fool him as well as he was written something else in the letter. How Nandu convinces Unni's family to get the signatures and how he rescues Unni from the authorities and the evil Sheikh forms the rest of the story.
