Synopsis
Dr. Gillespie (Lionel Barrymore) is seeking a permanent cure for pneumonia with a Sulfa drug, Sulfapyridine, and must ask Dr. Kildare (Lew Ayres) for assistance when his cancer tires him out and eventually collapses him. Dr. Gillespie recovers, while Dr. Kildare continues working on the pneumonia cure and the case of a woman, Nancy Messenger (Helen Gilbert) suffering from psychosomatic blindness.Acteurs

After graduating from medical school, Dr. James Kildare (Lew Ayres) returns to his small home town, where his proud parents Stephen (Samuel S.
