The film opens in a hospital at Mumbai, where Bose (Nandamuri Balakrishna) coming back to life after staying in a coma for eighteen months. As soon as he recovers, Bose is identified as Godse by everyone around him and he is surprised when an elderly couple, (Chandra Mohan & Jaya Sudha), claim to be his parents. Bose keeps convincing all of them that he is not Godse and has his own story. Soon, he comes to Hyderabad in search of his true identity and he bumps into Mahalakshmi (Trisha), who he believes is his lover. When she tells him that it's a case of mistaken identity, Godse is taken aback and he meets a similar fate when he meets his parents (Chalapathi Rao & Geetha) as well. Suddenly a girl Sarayu (Radhika Apte) arrives as Godse's wife a tries him to remember their marriage life, which makes a lot of confusion. Later Godse finds out that it was all a ruse set up by the Bharadwaja (Prakash Raj) and his real name is Bose. The rest of this movie deals with why the CM wanted Bose alive and why did he set up him with a new identity? Bose, a sincere and powerful CBI Officer on a mission to crack the suspicious death of former Chief Minister of State Achyuta Ramayya (Vijay Kumar). Bose learns that influential person, sitting CM Bharadwaj is behind the death of former CM and tries to prove him of guilty. Which forms the rest are the obstacles created by Bharadwaj and how Bose overcome them.

Satya and Deepthi are lovers living in Vishakhapatnam. A dreaded don, Veeru Bhai, lusts for her. When Deepthi's parents are killed, she and Satya escape. They board a bus en route to Hyderabad, but the bus is stopped unexpectedly and boarded by three men: Veeru's henchman Deva, Veeru's brother Ajay, and a corrupt police inspector, Shravan. They kill Deepthi in front of Satya, and he suffers an almost-fatal stab wound. Before the three leave, they set fire to the bus, leaving Satya to his death. However, Dr. Shailaja saves Satya by giving him a new face and skin. Ten months later, Satya awakes from his coma.

Later he joins Indu’s college to somehow convince her for the marriage where he encounters Bhagyam(Pranitha Subhash) who falls in love with him whom he misunderstood as Dhanunjay's daughter. Conflicts rise between Karthik and Indu which builds their rivalry. By the time he comes to know that Indu is his cousin and not Bhagyam, he broke up with Bhagyam because of Indu's revenge.

The film opens in a street in Hyderabad in a night with Krishna (Vishnu Manchu) saving Sirisha (Shanvi Srivastava) from some eve teasers and accompanying her to the hostel she stays. In the journey, they both come to know that they hail from Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. When Sirisha asks Krishna about the details of his father, the scene shifts to the native place of Krishna where his father, a don fondly called as Anna (Mohan Babu) and as Annagaru with respect punishing a teacher named Sankar Rao for harassing his pregnant wife for dowry on the complaint of the woman's father Rama Rao. Anna is a sexagenarian man who always thinks about the welfare of the people of Rayalaseema and they too revere him equal to god. Anna is a very powerful and influential don who also controls the political affairs of that region. His friend Ananda Rao (Paruchuri Gopala Krishna), a ruling party politician, is his close friend and he and the party extends their full support to Anna to stop the Nandavaram project whose happening would destroy 34 villages completely. On the other hand, a group of influential people working under a mysterious man try to make the project to earn crores. The group consists of KR, Vedantham Murthy aka Vedam (Tanikella Bharani), Chandi (Jeeva) and Seshagiri who is fond of cakes.

A kindhearted man, known as "Relangi mavayya" ("Relangi Uncle") by his family, lives in the village of the same name. Harischandra Prasad (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is an influential leader in Rayalaseema and he treats all his people as his children. To provide jobs to them, he decides to build a huge steel plant with the assistance of foreign collaborators. But Ramappa (Pradeep Rawat) and his assistant (Kota Srinivasa Rao) oppose this. They hatch a plan to eliminate him. His son Ramakrishna (Nandamuri Balakrishna) thwart the villain's plans. But the story takes a cruel twist as the villains strike at the heart of the family by using Bobby (Nandamuri Balakrishna). When Bobby was a small Kid the villains kidnap him and threaten Ramakrishna to leave his father and save Bobby. Although Harischandra Prasad has no love on Ramakrishna, he loved his father and for fulfilling his father's wishes he stands protecting and Bobby is said to be escaped from the house. But Ramappa and his followers make Bobby a professional killer at the age of 12 by another killer (Charanraj) and use him to kill Harischandra Prasad. The whole family except Ramakrishna and his step-brother (Rahman) is unaware that Bobby killed Harischandra Prasad.

The film's story is similar to fantasy films like Yamaleela, Yamudiki Mogudu, Yamagola and Yamadonga. Bullet Raja (Ravi Teja) is a small time crook with a good heart. He bumps into Swetha (Taapsee Pannu) at a function and falls in love with her. But Swetha is already engaged to Harbour Babu (Sushant Singh), a powerful local goon. One day, using Swetha's dance master Vidya Balan (Brahmanandam), Bullet Raja And Swetha manage to run away from Babu to reach a hill-top. But Babu tracks them down and is severely beaten by Bullet Raja. But at the last moment, Babu uses his Scorpio car to hit Raja off the hill-top. Raja clings on to a branch growing on the hill but slips off it and falls down but still manages to survive. But just then Chitragupta (M. S. Narayana) again changes the story and the car that was stuck on the edge of the hill falls down and Bullet Raja And blasts, thus killing him.

Colonel Jeetendra asks Chakradhar to act like Major to ensure that the nation’s security plans are not compromised. How Chakradhar attacks the terrorists and how he brings back the honor of the Major forms the rest of the story.
