In 2012, Clement was fitted with a Phonak Lyric hearing device. Since then she has worked as a celebrity ambassador for Phonak, helping to raise awareness of hearing loss.

On 17 February 2013, Clement married hairdresser Lee Stafford, whom she met whilst filming Celebrity Scissorhands. She is expecting the couple's first child, as confirmed on Twitter.Jessica gave birth to their first child a son in June 2014

Sarah (Roxanne Pallett) is a young woman that has been thrown out of her house by her alcoholic mother and forced to live in Albion Court, a run-down apartment building with a seedy reputation.
